I hate it, the Wraith looks nothing like a threat anymore when flying in cruise speed, with the wings down it looks like a disabled bird, can we please make it activatable and deactivatable?

No, it's unique and it should stay as it is.

Weird seeing people not like it, everyone was stoked when it was added

Well, the Templar also has an animation, it just makes the ships look way less dangerous, admins could at least make it activatable and deactivatable

I find this a cool little atmospheric feature for the game. So, please, leave it as it is.

Don't touch the Wraith!

The original game was supposed to have these wing animations on all main house ships. You can see that in the old Freelancer trailers. When the game was released they didn't apply these animations because the game was rushed.
I like the activated animations, they give more dynamism to the ships.

First of all, not an admin job.

Second, it isn't possible to make them toggleable, and I think the overwhelming majority of people enjoy the animations.

Third, pretty sure you should consider ditching the avatar.

Is it possible to turn it off locally without cheating?

The animation itself is nice, what really bugs me is the delayed weapons movement.
