So let me get this right, straight, and begin to understand what this thread is about? Because right now. I just see some players being immature kids right now.

You sat there after what happened ingame and came to skype and personally assault me, attacked me and then continued to do so after I have a kept, calm, chilled head and was trying to be reasonable. In the OFL chat people said to Nyx that she was personally assaulting me and it was on a real personal level.

You are claiming and making accusations that what happened ingame was ALL OORP. Well sad news for you. No it was not, non of what happened ingame was OORP. If anyone took this OORP it was A/), there is DSAce logs and video evidence of Keeper Raven speaking with like Nyx does in real life. Unless you both talk exactly the same then that is not really a inrp character. That is you implementing your real self into a video game? Like who does that right. (this is not a personal assault)

You say that the player "Freelancer Gunboat" was setting up their weapon groups and - testing accidently firing on a Order Osiris right next to Barrier? moments later when the Order Osiris starts to return fire the is a A/) Eiolodon Wraith appears and captures the Order Osiris shooting a Freelancer gunboat. Okay there is a small tiny piece of the puzzle you are pissing which I caught you out on last night. I had a CR|-Chiyu there before you even arrived. This player infact came to skype and said there was a big problem at Barrier Gate it needs to be dealt with. That is why a fleet of CR| logged in.

So upon arriving CR|-Chiyu departed to go to sleep because it was late, I then had a indie shiz inrp to start an investigation and inform me of what is happening while I sit there and protect my pilots for a fighter wing of NC- (Kudos: Kudos to the NC and CR| for that fight), I start of seeing these A/) ships slowly dissapear in "search" for this Order Osiris? Why do you need to do that when 1) it is not your system 2) you have no authority in Coronado 3) it is CR problem to deal with Order in Coronado not yours.

So the investigation starts and as I was doing two things myself and the indie was both on teamspeak together so I could keep getting updates of what was happening and not only that but to get him to ask questions inrp to see the out comes of the questions. The questions infact made it clear that moment in time that A/) where trying to lie to CR, and to the Admiral of CR|. Now isn't that funny. Keeper Raven was answering the questions before the freelancer. A/) was answering the questions of what happened before the battlecruiser arrived. Auxesia was answering the questions on the problems of the gunboat. Now if you had NO clue who this freelancer gunboat inrp was how can you know everything about there ship if it is the first contact. There was also a little mistake made.

I believe it to be the Oracle| it was speaking with the gunboat about why do you not attach your identity to your messages anymore? The funny thing is CR| know who "Tia" is and so does A/). If I am not mistaken it is Tia Stormclaw - http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread...pid1807782 and Tia Stormclaw also informed us with "text" that she owns and flies this gunboat. Not only that CR knows that this character works closely with A/).

So not long after A/) battlecruiser leaves and funny thing happens. The GB also follows the A/) battlecruiser, not 30 minutes later A/) return with the Cincinatti and The.Shovel. Well for starters what has The.Shovel got to do with CR| or A/). like is it not a foreign capital ship and should it not need a permit?

Article V Foreign Capital Ships

Article V - Foreign Capital Ships
Section 1 [Permission of access]

A foreign capital ship is defined as a colony ship, battleship, dreadnought, carrier, battlecruiser, cruiser, destroyer and siege cruisers which is in possession by anyone other than the Crayter Republic or Military.
The foreign capital ship is prohibited within the Crayter Sovereign space (Article I, Section 4), unless prior permission and/or licencing is acquired to its entry.
In order for an individual or group to legally obtain permission and a licence to enter Crayter sovereign space (Article I, Section 4), they must issue a formal request to the Crayter Republic Government or Military Personnel. This request will be reviewed and the said licence will only be granted if the is necessary reasons upon entry.
Temporary access may be granted by a high ranking member of the Crayterian Primary Fleet or Government personal if present.
If the licence has been revoke, we demand all unlicensed vessels to leave Crayterian space within a 24 hour time frame. Refusal to comply with lead to having sanctions apply.


Section 2 [Fees, Fines and sanctions]

The acquiring of a permit comes with a 34.999.999 Sirius Credits fee to be paid, If the fee is not paid, the licence will be revoked.
Failure to notify the Republic government with regard to the permit of a foreign capital ship, as well as not forwarding a request for licence, prior to the entry of such a capital ship is viewed as a crime and is punishable by fines or the destruction of the ship in question, depending on the circumstances. The same sanctions apply in the event of licence revoking.

This also goes for all A/) capital ships APART from the Cincinnati. There was RP months ago for the Cincinnati to have temporary access to Sabah and to Coronado but it seems that it has only just finished to be complete yestarday evening. This is when it gets funny.

During the time A/) Battlecruiser and the GB leave, myself and the indie went to Sabah to question the Order Osiris to get Both sides let me make that capital letters. BOTH SIDES of the story to make an investigation. It then was clear enough to us as CR that it was a set up, and a set up CR saw straight through. Admiral Chandler then called for reinforcements and that is when more CR| logged in and started patrols.

There turns out to be a A/) Battlecruiser, Cincinnati, The Shovel and the GB all turn up together. Right now this is the funny part. Keeper Raven was saying one thing, they came from one direction but then the one in charge of the Cincinnati was saying something completely different. They are infact now contradicting there own people because they don't know where they came from...

Not only this right but we asked them if they saw certain ships which are moored at Sabah and the answer was -they are not moored there now- infact there is a nice fleet moored at Sabah and alot of Order HC there. If you flew past Sabah then you would have seen not only 1 CR cruiser, but 2 and a nyx, but also INRP you would have seen a fleet of Order around Sabah and more CR ships. But you deny all of this. You say you came from "Baja anomoly" to HELP AI out.

But wait a minute, you are "Exploring CR Space in WAR SHIPS" to help AI. But did you actaully ask CR for permission to do this??? No don't think you did. So right now there is a big situation not only that but Grand Admiral Golanski with the flagship arrive at the scene while. The Shovel accidently fires a cruiser missile at a CR| ship and then cloaks and vanishes.

The GB in question is still with A/) ships all this time, and starts acting like a good friend of A/) saying lets go this will end messy. infact they were right. it did end messy and the out come is you don't like it and you are salty. I received a personal assault and attack on skype and in the OFL chat from several A/) members because of they were caught out inrp.

But on behalf of CR| HC, we are against let's make that bigger for you. AGAINST a retconn for yestardays events. Infact this will bring roleplay to CR and allies.

You saw me leaving in the SAME direction as Eidolon, but why did you think that I was with them? You don't know where I went. I could have gone to Manchester or California and could have returned before the A/) vessels.

Along with that. I wen't BY MYSELF to Explore the Coronado system, which I have NEVER done. Upon encountering one of your cruisers, I was 15-20 K from them.

If you can prove me wrong on any of these statements iRP, please do.

Actaully infact Darius, you where there before the A/)Battlecruiser and yet the A/)Battlecruiser new everything about the problems of your ship, and was answering questions for YOU. Then A/)Battlecruiser left and you left behind her and oh returned together :O isn't that a coincidence. hmmm no? I think so. Not only that but Tia Stormclaw has stated and you just said it yourself. You have assisted them on several occassions right. So why are A/) denying you are just some civilian freelaner that they don't know
