To whom it may concern,

I hope this message reaches you in good health. Regrettably, it is not of the best of subjects.

Ships belonging to Kruger Mineralien have been harassing Guild ships in Guild space for an extremely long time. This would otherwise not be of concern for OS&C, however, unfortunately, Kruger ships have also been abusing the neutral position of your organisation for almost as long, in regards to the Luxury Liner Hawaii in particular.

Some hours ago, a Kruger ship, reported to have been earlier attacking GMG ships in the Sigma-19 system, was detected undocking from the Hawaii. It was also carrying extremely unethical cargo.

Due to previous transgressions, Guild law dictates that Kruger ships are not permitted to enter Guild space. This ship in question, obviously aware it was trespassing, then loitered around the Liner, before proceeding to dock again. Its pilot then found it prudent to send public messages as the GMG paramilitary respectfully held position outside.

The Guild would greatly appreciate you engaging with Kruger Mineralien and requesting they cease their abuse of the neutrality of OSC, a neutrality GMG attempts to uphold, Should you require any further information, or any assistance on the matter, please do not hesitate inform us.

Thank you for your time.

Cordially,

Keiji Namura

Mr. Namura,

Unless the Guild is willing to provide the logs of the Kruger ship attacking Guild vessels within Sigma 19 space and then subsequent logs of the vessel fleeing to the Hawaii, the Board will be unable to consider nor process any sort of sanctions against Kruger. Additionally, with what few records you have supplied us with, it does not appear that the guild attempted to communicate with the Kruger vessel in question. How then, I'm inclined to ask, should the Kruger vessel be aware that it was trespassing?

However Orbital will contact Kruger with regards to the Slaves. We will not tolerate such filth on our facilities.

Regards,

James Blackwood

Mr Blackwood,

Kruger ships regularly engage in hostile actions against Guild ships in Guild space, and are well aware they are prohibited from entering the Sigmas. However, this is understandably not of your concern when they do not involve Orbital in our disagreements.

Should we encounter any further issues, we shall once again make contact. For now, your response and the steps you have taken are most appreciated.

Cordially,

Keiji Namura
