Neyroth speaking here. I've made my run for a few positions from your list. Everything went fast and smooth.
I've delivered 3500 units of Industrial Materials, 1000 units of Lasers and, finally, 5659 units of Hull Segments.
The last ones were rather space consuming, so I couldn't load the amount I wanted. On additional note, I'm attaching a base's location we've managed to find, along with Paul Parker, Military of CR's secondary fleet. It's an unknown installation built in close proximity of the Magellan's Freeport. I couldn't find out anything more, as it has restricted docking rights. Throw it somewhere, if you find the note important. Check the data below.

I've made two runs to Sprague and back, real nice place, I dig it.
The Radar Rider handles perfectly and Jess really liked it.

This person, named Scarlett, flew with us all the way back to Sprague and back!
She's a colonial pilot with a Nyx and she refused any payment offered!
Thumbs up to her, that's a dedicated pilot and if she would be a great asset for us, if I dare say.
Later on, I also hauled some Polymers.

Today I decided to begin doing my part to help finish building the Prototype.
First:Solar Panels Pick Up
I flew to Freeport 11, Omicron Delta to pick up the Solar Panels.
Second:Engine Components Pick Up
On my way home I stopped by Baltimore Shipyard, New York, to grab the last of the Engine Components that someone else had already started.
Note: I also attempted to complete the Nuclear Devices and Optronics missions but found that I didn't have docking rights at the corresponding stations as the Republic is not on friendly terms with Mannheim Station and Planet Honshu.
