Belief in balance of one's life will bring great things, and to be reminded of that balance will bring forth a great mind.

I'd like to remind that the people of Malta have clearance to ship Cardimine and such products freely through Baffin without hinderance, but when it comes to 'workers', the tree stops bearing fruit. We had an incident with one of your transport vessels the "Orion V" and I will freely share the information given to be by our fellow Pope.

As you can see, the talk was quite drastic on both sides. Fellow Pope Hagbard has already been talked to but the matter on your pilot's actions are to be discussed as well. For now we will ignore your pilots request of... eradication.. of our way of life, which may I remind all those involved that has been fruitful despite hiccups in the past. We have options open on both sides to continue our peaceful co-existance, such as requirements of food and goods to be present on your 'worker' transports or simply not having them transit through Baffin at all.

We will be open to discuss more on this upon your reply.

I don't believe you understand the actions that have taken place in how the ramifications could go from this point. Neither of us want to have conflict come from this because it would server no purpose to either of us. The citizens of Malta and Discordians alike wish for nothing but peace and prosperity for all of Eris's children, from all corners of this temporal plane.

However, since you have not shown a Hodge of equality of mind towards an agreement,I will lay a few options for you.

Option One:
- A minimum of 250 Units of Food and Water per each thousand 'workers' onboard Maltan transports.
- Business as usual.

Option Two:
-Divert 'worker' transports through Bretonia or Kusari, avoiding the Baffin Highway.
-Transports violating without food or water will be diverted to Shasta Skyhook and forced to carry said cargo for humanitarian relief.

Option Three:
-We go to a higher power than either of us and go from there.

I trust we can work together on this to avoid any unwanted confrontations Mr Massoni. The apple is in your court.
