Greetings, CoF Administation,

It has come to my attention that one (of several) of the 'Nephilim'-class Mobile Colony Dreadnoughts was caught yet again violating the laws of Liberty. Simply put, the Nephilim - identified as 'Arcadia' for here on out - was caught in a highly restricted (and undisclosed) system, and began to flee from lawful forces once stopped, was in clear violation of the Laws of Liberty. The punishment for such an accumulation of law violations would be a temporary or permanent disablement or destruction of the vessel by the forces of Liberty. Nephilim Arcadia enabled a cloak and escaped to the system of Bering, where the now-cloaked and currently fleeing Arcadia moored upon the station, preventing the arresting forces from intercepting and disabling of the law offender in question. Listed is the current list of violations that have been collected over our encounters.
[+]VIOLATION LIST
[+]Section One, Article One: Contraband
  • Unlawful possession of Stabiline
  • Possession of Human Organs
  • Possession of Synthetic Marijuana
[+]Section One, Article Three: Assault
  • Arcadia has been known to open fire upon Liberty Naval ships when told to stop.
[+]Section One, Article Four: NVC
  • Arcadia has attempted(and succeeded) to flee from the Forces of Liberty once asked to stop.
[+]Section Three, Article Four: Foreign Warships
  • Arcadia is classified as a foreign warship, and therefore applies to this regulation.
[+]Section Three, Article Five: Restricted Systems
  • Arcadia has been spotted in highly restricted, undisclosed systems with low to no regard to the laws of Liberty.
These actions place the vessel Arcadia in clear violation of the Laws of Liberty. We, as the Liberty Navy, formally request that the wanted vessel in question be turned over to Liberty Forces hands at once for fines and punishments. The Liberty Navy will also like to inform the Confederation of Freeports that these incidents will not be looked upon in such forgiving light, should they continue to happen.

Good day Captain Hirlerman-

Thank you for your report regarding the 'Arcadia'. We've had numerous complaints about this vessel, yet it is not within our database of approved CoF assets, and seems t' be operating on it's own without connection t' the CoF or many of the Zoner groups under the CoF banner. While it may seem easy t' view any Zoner vessel as part of the CoF, and thus condemn the CoF as you have in your message for these actions, I assure you this vessel is not associated with the Confederation, and we are quite displeased with the reports we have been receiving.

With regards your report - First, you mention that one of several Colony ships have violated Liberty space, yet you only mention the Arcadia. Please if you will, submit all those who have violated Liberty law recently, and we will look into these violations and if there is a connection t' the Confederation's assets. Otherwise, claiming there are multiple vessels violating laws, yet only naming one, indicates an inconsistency in your report. One vessel is not several captain. Please confirm.

Second, you list the violations, yet you have provided no evidence of such violations. While I am sure you are speaking truth, you as well as I know that action cannot be taken just by word alone. If the Confederation were t' send a violation report t' the Liberty Primary Fleet without evidence, I'm certain we would either be laughed at, or zero action would be taken until provided proof. I would ask that proof of such violations be sent over, otherwise our hands are tied.

Third, and as I mentioned above, you are seemingly holding the Confederation accountable for the actions of a vessel that is not tied t' the CoF. I would venture t' guess that, in like manner, it would be unreasonable t' hold the Liberty Navy Primary Fleet accountable for the actions of a vessel that is not within your fleet, nor associated with the Primary Fleet with the only exception that it is a Liberty-made vessel, would you not agree? I would expect the same logic be applied with regards the Confederation. Such threats "will not be looked upon in such forgiving light, should they continue t' happen" as you so eloquently put it.

Now, once we receive and review the evidence of such violations, we will of course be reaching out t' our various contacts on Freeport 2 as well as throughout Sirius for information on this 'Arcadia' and her crew, as well as attempt t' contact said vessel. Have you sent a neuralnet communication t' the vessel in question? If not, I would suggest doing so as well. Matters can often be settled by contacting the offender first captain. As far as your request for the vessel t' be turned over, you do what you must. As the vessel is not part of the CoF, it is not within our power t' do so. All we can do is provide information on her whereabouts, once we conduct our own investigation on her and her crew.

I hope this settles any dispute the Primary Fleet may have thought t' have had with the Confederation, and I wish you safe skies.
