"Uhh, looks like it is shortly after 1930 local time. I've been given an assignment to transport 15 V.I.P.'s off of Baden Baden. Apparently nearby there is some sort of huge attack occurring and they all want to get out of the area." at this moment Jim, a 38 year old shuttle 'captain', yawned and stretched to grab a tablet laying nearby. "It's a direct chartered flight to the Hawaii about 17 hours away and we'll be doing it all on internal fuel." as he glanced down at the tablet again over his shoulder a door opened and two women entered Jim smiled and attempted to straighten himself and turned around, "Good evening ladies, is everyone tucked in back there?" as one of them smiled and flashed him the thumbs up he turned back to his station "Starting pre-launch sequence" he glanced up making eye-contact with the still recording camera "and end log"

"It's uhh, 1:15 local time, we're waiting for launch clearance from Shasta Sky-hook" Jim frowned slightly as if someone was talking to him directly. "Roger Control, Flight 2187 on stand-by for launch sequence." He looked around and pulled a tablet from the floor next to him before tapping a switch on the console. He cleared his throat and started speaking in a far more formal tone, "Good Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen this is your Captain Speaking. Our flight today is Shasta Sky-Hook to Planet Manhattan with a lay-over at Planet Curacao. Our expected flight time is 14 hours 20 minutes. The weather at our final destination is a balmy 22 celsius, uhhh, flight attendants please secure the cabin and prepare for launch." He tapped the switch again and set the tablet back onto the floor. "Flight 2187, Control; roger launch sequence activation." he glanced up making eye-contact with the still recording camera "end log"
