So what do you want n0m? A no harm server where everyone just shouts angry RP at each over. PvP in a lot of scenarios is inevitable.

Granted good RP before engagement is nice but do you really expect 2 factions like Core and Order for example, to ask about each overs day and then have a gentleman's agreement about a fight. I'm not saying 2 line bad RP is sufficient but like I mentioned before it depends on scenario.
