' Wrote:Guyton, Just a note on IMG, be careful when setting up these diplomacy issues, make sure you look at the allies of the IMG, the IMG are close to the Corsairs, and the player faction CR is in fact allied to TBH, so remember, you still hold a very big grudge against the Corsairs for cutting GMG out of the artifacts trade, so I don't know if GMG would be so quick to befreind a group that is so close to thier enemy.
Just my two credits
After reviewing both factions diplomacy neither are classified as "Allies", but CR are indeed "Friendly" to OPG. I have to agree with Von that being nuetral with the corsairs doesn't mean they are picking sides in the war between corsairs and outcasts. Niether the GMG or IMG doesn't even carry that type of attitude to pick sides, it just isn't in their roleplay. IMG being nuetral with the corsairs shouldn't affect diplomacy between it and GMG.
Edited: To add people. If your ship is hostile to the GMG and you are entering the restricted mining operations. Thats a automatic KoS. Now it would be different if you were near the space of Gas Miner Naha.
Greetings, Nice Faction proposal, it really works out good.... 10/10! compared to alot of other faction proposals, (GMG) stands out alot. This faction has so much potential activity and Roleplay abilities, this should stand out in game really nice.
Sigma-13 is not a house system, therefore here there is no such terms as "policing" other than that of the GMG Security Forces. If you enter a restricted area you are given a warning to turn around. If you continue your ship will be marked for watch, and as you continue to violate the guidelines set you will be marked as Kill on Sight. No vessel has the right to engage in battle next to Gas Miner Naha or the mining operations. Unless you have actual business with the GMG please do not enforce house law in the system, and it doesn't take much to work for the guild. This is simple roleplay. Carry conflict to the debris field.
Overall, a very good proposal, but I have two major qualm with it:
' Wrote:Rheinland Cooperations
I was asked earlier in Sigma-13 for permission for a Rheinland Cooperation(Republican Shipping) to pass through the system. This is to all Rheinland cooperations:
Rheinland cooperations(civilians) are allowed to pass through the Sigma-13 system.
Rheinland authorities are not allowed to enter the system, period.
Are we allowed to pass through the system as escorts? No, no vessel carrying a Rheinland Military/Police ID is allowed to enter the system. If spotted it will be shot down on sight.
I believe that Sigma-13 is rather split, considering the placement of Helgoland Station south of the Gas Miner. With the AGL's hostility towards the GMG, should the GMG really police that area (As I interpret your rules for Sigma-13 are attempting to do)? For this, I believe that the [RM] or [RFP] should be allowed to enter Sigma-13, but not take the trade lane past Helgoland Station or pursue criminals into GMG space.
And what about the Bretonians and Libertonians? With the GMG's solid grip on the majority of H-Fuel (and with only Samura and the Dieing Kruger to compete with), how does your diplomacy affect those areas, since it seems logical that you'd have business there eventually.
[8:32:45 PM] Dusty Lens: Oh no, let me get that. Hello? Oh it's my grandma. She says to be roleplay.
[12:49:19 AM] Elgatodiablo: You know its nice that you have all that proof and all, Bacon... but I just don't believe you.
there is no way for rheinland authorities to enter the sigmas because it would be regarded as an agression towards the GMG and Kusari.
As we found out, the GMG being hostile to ALG is nothing but a bug. By accepting that job, the ALG tried to improve relations between rheinland and kusari, as they were hired by both to clean up the mess.

Sigma-13 entirely is the homeland of the GMG(Check the description of the nebula). Yes AGL has a presence in the system, but remember AGL is on a contract and has been allowed to perform the cleanup of debris in the system.
Yes, the GMG has the right to make sure the area of its primary operation is in order(policing). Looking at it from the the view of the gas miners, who wouldn't? Your the prime source of H-fuel an important resource used for space travel its important for you to make sure the area is under your control. Sigma-13 is lightyears away from Rheinland and is not in the control of the Rheinland House. The RM and RFP should not be present within the system.
Note: Treaty between Rheinland and Gas Miners Guild states neither are allowed into the others territory. I don't agree with shooting down civilian cooperations from Rheinland therefore they have been allowed into the system.
The GMG primarly deals H-fuel with the Kusari government giving the kusarians a monopoly on H-fuel. It actually does not deal with Rheinland, Bretonia, or Liberty unless it is usually a private company. Remember the GMG is an independent guild such as the IMG, and relate to Zoners more than any other faction although our roleplay at times doesn't show that with.....all the cruisers running through Sigma-13. Privately we have shown that to various groups(neutrality). We're still waiting to meet with the IMG group to bring Open diplomacy.
I've been checking into this alliance with the Zoners, and its one that I'm simply not understanding. What aid do Zoners give the GMG? Deterium in exchange for H-fuel? or did the Zoners assist in helping the GMG build gunboat, cruiser, and battleship turrents? Either way when one of the GMG requests assistance from a Zoner they look the other way.
