... Illegal goods transporting permit?

Haven't played for a while. When I docked in Manhattan, there is a cargo item called "illegal goods transporting permit" being sold, which supposedly allows the carrying of contraband.

What is this exactly? Do I have to let smugglers who carry this go when I'm playing a lawful? Is it supposed to be a forgery? There is nothing about it in the laws of Liberty, and couldn't find anything in the forums either.

The one on Manhattan/New London/New Berlin can only be bought by official police factions.

There is a forged one on Rochester (10mil)

It's just an rp item. Not a rule or anything.

Tl;Dr it is for smugglers to carry around and see if the person who catches them (if they catch them) want to play along and fall for ''forged'' papers in the case of the ones sold on Rochester.

There are two variations - a fake and a real one. Both differ only by one word to tell them apart.

Would really be cool if it was given out by official police IDs (like the custom IDs that can only be bought by some).
That way, the "permit" would become rather rare and therefore precious.
Nice rp - both really straight "permission requested", but also shady "Officer, didn't you want to... drive that new car?" type of corruption rp - would be made possible by that.

Also, police IDs need the love.
I see great potential.
