This is the Mining Guide. It tells you who gets what bonus where, and where to sell each ore. Most fields have a PoB nearby(ish) that will sell the ore, although they may need you to fill out a docking form, which you'll find on the forums, probably under this thread, but you may want to use the search function instead of trawling through each page looking for one base
