So this is kinda odd and it doesn't happen all the time but ill load up the game and when I click on a character to log into server my game crashes. What usually fixes the issue but not always is restarting my computer. Any thoughts of what this could be?
I too have this problem though it only happens sometimes for me when i alt tab out of game switch accounts and log into the new account on a character, usually restarting the game fixes the problem for me.
If you have bloom installed, press shift+F12 or F11 (not sure) the instant you are in the game menu. Keep bloom off and it won't crash anymore. It may get black screens when changing characters, so alt+tab for that and come back (or don't if you are unhappy). It will be fine.
Same here. I've had this problem for the last 2 months, to varying degrees. Over the last 2 days however, it has gotten much worse. As soon as my char is loaded and appears on screen, I get an immediate disconnect with the message "unable to connect to the server at this time" etc. I haven't had any problems with other online games, so I don't think this is on my end. I've even tried running Disco on other PC's with the same result.
So a friend told me to try this out run the game in compatibility mode on windows 7 if your using windows 10. So far it's working great downfall is for some reason the bloom effect doesn't work.
