Lead by Interspace Commerce's Guard Emily White the IND ship arrived to New York from New Tokyo system. The ship was escorted by several Interspace Commerce fighters, Liberty Police interceptor and one Bounty Hunter fighter. All of them arrived safely to Liberty Space without much problem.
The area around Newark Station was highly guarded by lots of fighters and a Liberty Navy Carrier. While preparing to moor on Newark Station, escort pilots scouted the area for potential threats which at end were nowhere to be found. The IND ship successfully moored and escorts were released.

Mr. Jethro arrived with his delegates from Kusari, they exited the ship on HG-2X deck from which they proceeded to Deck 5. Upon their arrival on Deck 5, the IND representatives were escorted by Interspace Commerce Guards to Deck 7.
Deck seven was where all major contracts are signed, inter-space deals discussed in other words it was one huge deck with lots of conference rooms. On the same deck Miss Julia Adams was waiting for Mr. Jethro and his delegates so she can lead them to an appropriate conference room in which all Interspace Directors were waiting.
Otis Jethro stepped off the lift on Deck 7. It had been years since Jethro had been on Newark. He thought back to the day he stepped into Jay Simon's exquisite office for his interview to join the IND here on Newark. Years had passed, but here he was again...
As he stepped off the lift, he noticed a well appointed young woman standing, as if waiting. This must be the Miss Adams, he thought. Jethro was accompanied by several attornies and IND Vice-Presidents. He motioned them to follow him toward the woman.
"Miss Adams I presume?" He said to the woman with a smile.
Professionally clothed and confident Julia Adams was waiting in the entrance lounge of Deck 7 to receive their guests. She didn't know all of the details but knew it was a meeting of highest importance as it would redefine the way the Interspace Commerce business group was built up and organised. A glance at her watch showed that the whole route was running well and that Dean was late. Both unsurprising, knowing how things were scheduled.
With firm steps she then walked toward Mister Otis and the people with him. "Hello and welcome to Newark, Mister Otis. You are correct, I am Julia Adams." She introduced herself with a smile.
"There is a conference room prepared for today's meeting and everyone will arrive soon." She explained then, leaving the choice to enter the room already open for the IND delegates.
Otis entered the conference room. As expected it was quite fancy. Food and drink had been laid out. Otis positioned himself at the far end of the table and his associates took seats along the sides of the far end of the table. Jethro made himself some coffee and sat down to wait.
Miss Adams escorted Mr. Jethro and his associates to the conference room. On the table in front of each chair there was a white note with their respectable names they all sat tho their chairs except Julia which waited by the door. She glanced over her watch as she was uncomfortably waiting for her company's Directors as well as Alan Johnson himself. She knew that seeing Mr. Johnson is a rare sight so she tried to look as professional as possible.
Not so long after Mr. Jethro and his associates entered the conference room Interspace Directors came. In the distance they could hear a lot of people talking, the Directors were following Mr. Johnson as he was the one walking in front of others. A few seconds later they entered the room.
" Good day Miss Adams, is everything ready? " Alan said after shaking her hand. Miss Adams nodded and wished them good luck as she was walking towards the exit of the Deck 7.
Alan, alongside his Directors entered the conference room and greeted Mr. Jethro and his associates. " Good day gentleman and welcome to Newark. Let me introduce my Directors to you. Mr. Matthias Falkenrath - House Director of Rheinland, Mr. Jason Kelly - Chairman, Mr. Raku Yagami - House Director of Kusari and Miss Ana Wight - Senior Director, though there is... one more which is late for unknown reason, but I think that he'll arrive soon. "
A few minutes later, Michael Dean arrived. Vice President of Interspace Commerce and fashionably late. People were never quite certain if things were a game to him or if he just made it appear so. Certain was his success and good looks, things he never hid. His arrival in the room then was nearly casual as he wasn't stiff as many other men of his class were but he rather seemed to enjoy the lifestyle. Still his business was running and so no one could complain.
He looked around, a little curious at the people from IND as if he hadn't done his research and saw them for the first time."Well good day everyone, why didn't you start yet? I had hoped to skip the introductions." was everything he said before he shrugged and then went to get himself a glass of juice calmly before finally sitting down.
"Well then. Shall we beginn?" He asked and his seemingly relaxed smile turned to a smirk.
Dean looked at Mister Otis for a few moments, evaluating what he just said. He took a deep breath and sat up as if he was going to begin the conversation. But instead he threw a look at Julia who gave him a rather shocked look back but still went around the table to stand behind him.
"You know, seeing Mister Otis there I'd fancy a good Blue Curacao espresso. Could you please take care of that?" He asked then, nearly appearing as if he didn't take the situation seriously. But it was all an act for a reason.
Julia was embarrassed though but she wouldn't disrupt the meeting as more as Mister Dean already did and vanished to procure the rare and expensive blend.
Once everyone had a drink in front of them Otis began again.
"Mr. Herring, the documents please,." Jethro said to the man sitting beside him. The man pulled out a folder and handed it to the President of IND.
"Gentlemen of the board of Interspace Commerce, we bring an interesting opportunity to you today. For some time, those of us still holding outstanding stock of IND, mainly the former board of directors, has been interested in requiring the stock of IND. At the same time we have watched the stock price fall to a new low after it has been neglected by IC. At the same time the value of the stock held by the same former board of directors in Renzu has tripled in value. Mr. Herring..."
The man sitting next to Jethro took out a pen and pressed a button. A holographic stream came out of the end of the pen and created an image behind Jethro. Images of IND and Renzu stock histories went ticking across behind him. " Gentlemen, you can clearly see that the longer you hold onto IND stock, the lower the price gets, and concurrently, the longer you don't hold the total share of Renzu stock, the more opportunity for profit you are missing out on. At the same time, the former board of directors of IND has watched the value of our stock drop, our Renzu stock being the only part of our portfolio that is holding its own. We believe by selling all outstanding Renzu stock to IC in exchange for IC's shares of IND, we will be able to give new energy to IND, and IC can devote more energy and capital toward developing the Renzu brand, pushing IC's profits upward. This seems like the definition of a win-win situation for both our interests. "
Jethro took a sip of his coffee and looked across the table at the IC representatives.
