"Unusual" 100% powercores on ships like the OS&C Shuttle and the Core shipline are unintentional and a result of them not being in the techcompat.ini. Fortunately, people rarely notice in time when a minor screwup like that happens. I'll look into it.

I would recommend not investing too many credits into ships you except to not be able to fly in the future.

Bug: NPC Irras don't die when they are brought down to 0%. Instead, they repair and come back from the dead. This kinda renders them immortal for a short amount of time.

It was purposely designed like that and not a bug, its part of an orbital platform.

Bug: Combat Service Freighter (CSF) has misplaced engine effects.

Similarly to this issue with the Courier, the CSF's engine exhaust is placed too far from the actual engines with PTE and CNOS engines.
