So, i remember a thread about the {343} discussing the future of that faction, what about it now? Will it get removed? Will it ever live again? Because wasting the potential this serves would be kind of sad, in case it IS dead, it has everything to be revived, it has a (short)lore which can be enlarged, it has its own ID and bases, NPC's and everything.
But does it even make sense? I have never met the Exiles ingame and I don't know what caused them to die.
They became one with the lore and I guess that's when players lost the interest to play 'em.
If you'd like to start something new with that faction - go ahead! There is lots of potential things for them to do. I, myself, had a couple of ideas just now. Get creative

Hmm...to be honest i don't want it to disappear...too much potential but i don't if i could handle another faction (although the Xenos don't need that much work)
Quote:Same problem as Cryer. The ID is trash.
i've read that, a change might be very useful indeed.
Whole Exile concept is wasted by now. I think it's a story dev mistake here. External conflict would be a better idea, have a hope that house which is currently on lifesupport will be able to generate activity within itself was very naive.
KuExiles always had a low playerbase. Mainly {343} was active. Thing is as stated above, people lost interest. The ID is rather bad. The official faction was killed lost of interest as well as oorp hate between community members.
They should be revived. Abandoning/Removing the entire faction is wasting potential and doesn't seem logical.

An external conflict was being discussed with devs a couple of times. Most people say "Make war against Lib" which is honestly stupid as hell. RP and gameplay wise.

Although Kusari has had more visitors recently, as much as i remember.

So...basically it needs willing people and a better ID, huh?
Let the Exiles run like a small praefecture. Just like in medieval Japan. A newly discovered system, with one abundant resource. That should generate activity.

Devs and players can enjoy a dead house then. Game design mistakes are more harmful than you think. It's better to admit and do something different.
