Walking into a small reception area he found the very man he was looking for. "Jim, what the hell?" Steve paused for a moment and reached into his jacket pocket, pulling out a credit card. ”What’s that?” Steve smiled slightly, "It’s your final month's pay plus severance" he glanced over his shoulder, two deputies had arrived, on schedule. ”Steve, but, I mean...” Jim stuttered out.
