It's from more time that the Outcasts weren't active on frontier spaces like Omicron Delta. Finally we managed to detect two of them and we sent back they from where they came.
I was with 2 War Vessels, the WV-Victoria, the WV-Numidia and my friend Bin.exe. Patrolling the Delta we met 2 Outcasts capital ships, 1 "Ranseur" class and 1 "Storta" class, they came from Freeport 11 direction. We orded immediately the engage and we manage to destroy it without losses. Unfortunately, I couldn't put here the audio log, got lost during the fight...

I suppose this will be my first official report for Command. I've never been one to enjoy 'paperwork', I'd rather let the guns to the talking. Anyway, enough of me rambling. Here is the debrief of the latest patrol:

Yesterday, while patrolling the northern sectors of Omicron Delta, I received comms over emergency channels from other Core assets in the vicinity, Core|Maria.Adachi & Core|Jack.Burns alerting forces regarding possible SCRA vessels in the area. Soon enough we found them already engaging one Core asset near the Omicron Rho jumphole, so I proceeded to provide support.

All hostiles except one, SCRA|CPW-Lithuania (retreated), were dealt with. The presence of Core|WV-Arbitrator.MK2 was enough to scare away the Lithuania. I apologize for the lack of guncam footage but I managed to recover some flight data.

Servus! Kan is reporting.

Several hours ago, I went to Omicron Iota to do the requirement for promoting to next rank.
The job was done very well and I took back a Nomad Fighter Remain.

Proof

On the way back, near Omicron Minor Jump hole, I saw a big construction inside Edge Nebula.
I brought the remain to Yaren Base then returned to examine that object.
That is a rock that maybe old as the planet Nauru. Brown, hard and cold as hell. There was strange signals inside. After going around for a while, I found one small gate.

Inside that, there is a human base name Ze Mad Lab. That one denied my docking command while being protected by nomad weapons. Before I run for my life, my camera captured this one.

We have a good news and a bad news. The good is the termination of another Osiris! I think that you already knew it, or maybe the guildmaster didn't share this to all the Imperium, if not to all Omicrons *chuckles*. In few words I spotted an Order Osiris with the Diaboli and after blocked it the guildmaster, Jack Daniels throwed a challenge: The Diaboli against the Order battleship, without any help from both sides. I won. The Diaboli got medium damage but it's resisted for the travel to return to Yaren.
The bad news is that after the event, more infested ships are spotted near Yaren. Their activity has suddently increased, as well as Order, thinking about it! It's happening something here. We should get ready for this!

Their lack of judgement and premature weapon discharge has cost us enough credits on repairs.
We have been provoked by them and attacked without any valid reason. Retaliate at will.

Greetings Brothers and Sisters alike,

My silence as of late has been far from fruitless, I've taken the time to look into the Maltese political scene, observing closely the various parties involved and existing conflicts within their quasi-house. In short, I've managed to bring the leader of one such group that openly rivals the Council into an agreement, an agreement that I only need the approval of our wisest Leaders to enact properly, the less resources wasted on shooting them and potentially losing our own pilots is a boon in more ways than one, a divided Malta is more than likely to fall, which is a benefiting scenario for us as it is, should it by some miracle survive the carnage, we'll at the very least have good face at the end of it. Not that I personally care how the members of the new establishment will really look at us, but what I do care about is everyone that fly under our colors.

That being said I'll publicize the proceedings that have taken thus far, be advised that I have not informed the other party that I will be opening the communication channel to any of you, while I cannot block your ability to respond, I will request that you hold your tongues until I facilitate the due courtesy of informing them a fresh face will be entering the communique.

As I stated earlier, I do urge our leaders to wisely consider the boons and banes to a change in stance such as this, the terms for now will be a simple non-aggression pact, purely between both our parties and any others the movement deems necessary. In short however, you needn't harm anyone flying under the 101st's transponders, for they will most likely stay out of your way post this arrangement's success. Everything else they consider an ally will be a self-defense protocol, they shoot and you kill. Do what you must.

I await a response on my progress thus far and wish to acquire permission to enact such a pact and in future, policy. As promised, here is your evidence of the proceedings, I remind you once more to please abstain from responding within the communique until I can properly address the receiving party.
