Reporter Comments: This is not the first time i have heard of this Dangerous Criminal Smuggling Organization. I have been given evidence that they have done this before. But this time i was able to witness this first hand... this Criminal Decided to run from me after telling him to cut his engines. The suspect in question then proceeded to flee and eventually he would come to a full stop eject his cargo and shoot it. Thankfully i had footage of this or else he would have slithered away... Be on the look out for this Criminal, they are a plague and must be controlled.

Reporter Comments: I stopped the suspect, with a amount of over 650 Arbiters and order him to pay a fine and drop the people on Planet Manhatten. He was willing to stop but refues to pay the fine of 2 million Sirius Credits and he jetisoned the Arbiters in space. I was fast enough to get them on my Ship and bring them safely to Planet Manhatten. He refused to pay and He said I should kill him instead, of course not. He is willing to get hundereds of people killed by his actions.
