Hello everyone.

First of all, I would like to say some nice words about your faction, as 5th is quite active and most of the time I enjoy encountering your members. Let's start from the beginning when you still were unofficials, we had quite a lot of encounters back in those times and it was fun/enjoyable for both sides. I'm saying "for both sides", because I remember some of your guys saying some praiseworthy words me after encounters too. I remember when you first appeared in Liberty, I remember your hard work for becoming officials. I also remember some of your members defended my side when I was getting banned and the majority of the community were against me. And I really appreciate it.

Secondly, I would like to say something about today's encounter. First it started with me and 5th|Mike encountering each other, and guess what? It didn't go just "Leave or I kill you", no we had an RP conversation until 5th|LNS-Amenhotep showed up with his deadly same aggressive RP:

You know? Me and Mike have been talking to each other quite for some time, and that guy just shows up and throws one aggressive RP line and expects what from me? How should I have understood this line? The same stupid RP "Leave or Die". Clearly showing that if I don't leave, I will get shot, this is how I understand such type of RP. And what happens later? 2 Rogue Cruisers log in. Amenhotep, who is right next to the Long Island Station, runs, cloaks (or whatever) and prepares to log out. But huah, he doesn't log out so easily, he has to write you something and then instantly log out:

1) Okay, showing some aggression? Fine, but man let me at least answer you and then log out. PMing me a "//blablabla" and logging off without letting me even read it and giving answer, is just lame. Lame. Lame. Lame. Something that seems really lame and unacceptable from a member who is flying a SRP ship and is a member of an official faction.
2) How should I get the part "or should I said failed sieger"? As a lame attempt to troll me?
3) You know that PoBs have been made indestructible until mid-January. You also know that when I declared the siege, and when I actually tried to siege it, it was stopped due to some reasons, while I still had some time left to do what I announced. But it was disabled, and you know it quite well. When the problem regarding the two sieges were fixed and solved, the PoBs have been made indestructible. That's why your RP about my failed attempt to siege the LIS is the weakest thing too.
4) When you are ordering me to leave the area, and I refuse it and don't do so, what should I expect from you? A PM full of rage and hate from you and instant log out? It's ridiculous.

And at the end, I really wonder how you managed to get your SRP approved with the gameplay you are offering us.

As I am currently in charge of the 5th (until Jack comes back) I will deal with this matter. Keep in mind that even though encounters with you were nice and all, some players have lost lots of nerves with you.

All in all. Thanks for the nice text and all that. I will see what is going on.

Well done 5th. Well done. Here i am having problems elsewhere, i come back and i find i'm being harrassed for nothing. When i asked specifically what was the issue, since being an actual faction and all, i expected an answer. i got none, but a fine. I was carrying no contraband, no illegal weaponry, not breaking a single law except for "refusing to stop" When in fact there was nothing to be stopped for. You don't just chase a person for 10k's unless it is something worth chasing for, Apparently not. You want to be a faction? fine for the right reasons. In the meantime other civillians are getting heavily abused by the criminals. That should be your focus.

Edit: and before you say i should have explained, i'm not one to merge actual OORP problems into this game. But what was done should have not been. Work on that.

He and quoted in the shot, "chased me for 10k's"... so saying i've not been scanned would be a really, really lame excuse. as you can see via distance.
