I really want to ask however, was there really a need to kick me in the middle of an RP I was having with someone, ingame, and remove the Passport card, that, mind you, I paid 10 mill for, and also just remove the RP cargo I was suddenly given?
Not to seem that way, but I am rightfully angry that I get suddenly kicked off the server in the middle of an RP and loose my RP cargo and the 10m passport I had with zero warning.

You were kicked from the server because you had a sanction being applied to your ship. This includes removing all of your cargo and replacing it with a sanction note.
My apologies for not giving you a polite warning that you broke the server rules and that you were going to be punished for it. I should have booked a meeting perhaps.

That is where your ship is now located until some other admin decides to move it elsewhere.

Now hold up, what server rules have I broken? Are you now making stuff up on the account that I an justifiably angry that I lost 11m worth of cargo and was kicked back out to the station I last docked on and removed all of my cargo?
You know, I figured I've never make a response like this before, but I could of got my cargo back but at least a warning would of been nice before I was kicked out of my RP session.
But what now has annoyed me, is how your clearly lying that I violated server rules, which I actually didn't do as this was a smuggler getting FR5'd and now apparently, just because your annoyed as well, decided to bastille me.

Hey spazzy, I just wanted to say that I'm a lot calmer now. I'm sorry that I got upset and everything, even more so in a hostile matter at the staff. I just wanted to say that I am indeed sorry and hopefully we can put this behind us. I accept the FR5 as it stands.

Apology accepted. Had you simply told us that the cargo you lost was essential to an ongoing roleplay, we would have looked into it. However, I should note that you were not FR5ed. The report that lead to this thread was a sanction report for docking on a hostile base. The rule it refers to (the part of it highlighted) means that for IDs with non-fixed reputation, you yourself are responsible for taking your character's actions into account and, as the line states ''play to that ID'' and roleplay.
If you ended up getting shot by Liberty lawfuls and even more so, shot back at them - just because game-mechanics-wise you are capable of docking on their stations doesn't mean you can. You are a member from 2012, you should remember when we had no rephack and we had to shoot CDs at NPCs and stations to make ourselves red before engaging someone when flying a FL ID, for example.
Your ship has been restored, the reputation has been set as specified and set back down on Rochester and your smuggling permit was re-added to the hold.
