We have received a complaint for your post here specifying ship names added to your bounty board, which you, seemingly, had no physical contact with ingame on your AFC ships. Ones that you have only seen in the same group instead.
Please explain why was the ship ''Averi.Black'' added.
Continued misuse of your inner bounty board may lead to that particular ability removed from your ID.

i hope some of you had a chance to look it all over, considering 2 days have passed.
it is my understanding from what was presented that this is a black and white case
I have also NOT been given any further evidence of the accusations, and have proved the incorrectness of the accusation.
I would like to ask you to please conclude this sanction rightly.
If you are having trouble with matching time stamps even, I can do the honors of drawing a quick chart.
I have also checked the names of the bounty board list and I do not see any metagamed names on it.
This sanction is false. Could we please conclude it?

This thread was posted to get your attention and invite both you and the accusing party into the same thread and help us figure out what is going on between you two.
The reason why this has not yet been commented on is because this thread overall is a low priority one and because of other ongoing instances involving these two groups. Once those have been processed, we will return to this thread.

I did the math again and looked at the logs again. There was a flaw in my calculations as I looked at the evidence before, so I was convinced I was in the right.
She is right, I am wrong. Warning accepted. Fair enough.
It is the first and last time something like this will happen, I promise.
If you want to do anything further since I fully admitted to adding that name 11 mins before seeing her ship infront of me firing CDs and asking about my cargo of vacationers (and pretending to uphold laws I might add) as I predicted it would happen, it is your call.

Honestly, Vendetta, I don't see what is there to talk about.
Both of us know each side uses the chat to locate eachother. In this situation as well it was the 2nd time that an unmarked A/) ship logged into Omega 3 RIGHT when i was entering the system JUST so they can jump the ship on the other side and try to shoot it down. Logging off to a different side of sirius sometimes entirely just to then see an A/) ship do the same, and then logging back to the other side of sirius, just to see the same A/) ship do the same.
Like I said before, the members and I of the AFC are tired to any role play / interaction with your faction. The crap doesnt even stop here in this situation, but continues even till today.
In any case, I'll be real. i dont even want to speak to you.
That's how I feel.
Sorry but I am fed up.
We are willing to leave it at this as long as both parties involved kiss and make up.
