Not actual changes, but rather, a formatting of sorts.
I've had my team of lawyers shorten that up.
Okay, I might've snipped article 2 out of the whole thing. It's just preposterous.
It's not like we openly wage war with the outcasts, but, it's not like we can't.
Also, as long as they stay away from our bases in Rho, I see no reason why they shouldn't just fly through. It's not exactly a secret what's in there.
Here's a reworked version, or you can use yours, just make sure to amend it accordingly.

I and the WV-Umbra confirmed a kill of a Zoner Q-ship. He seemed on safe near that new defense systems of Freeport 11 that we should starting to think to destroy them. The patrol spotted that Zoner ship near the Freeport and we executed Guildmaster's orders. The ship is gone and we haven't got losses.

I've some pretty disturbing info. I've caught our Auxesians pals, along with Ingenious and the PRIME AIs having a rather interesting exchange with the so called Vagrant Nomads.
They're up to something and we need to investigate further. Whatever they're doing cannot possibly be good for us, so heads up.

Have been a while since I reported something. I have to bring my sincere appologies for being silent, there is pretty much nothing going around. Except for today.
It was rather an interesting combination of events. Firstly, we witnessed a sudden Hyperspace Anomaly, which led us and our companions from KNF to the Texas System. Secondly, we encountered the IMG Battlecruiser nearing Freeport 11 and saying that they want to do some mining operations in Omicrons. Thirdly, and most annoying part, The Order and their puppets once again became a headache. For few moments. During the combat, we also managed to extract some valuable resources once again. Something valuable, at least.

Today we were surprised with a visit from the Gas Miners Guild. They immediately stated they were in Omicron Delta taking pictures, which I felt was highly suspicious. After a lengthy time of trying to question their motives, during which they were extremely abrasive, they eventually said they were chasing a Core capital that had trespassed into their space. Understandable, I felt.
However the conversation was not filled without hostile feeling from their side. Eventually, I was insulted by their Guildmaster. Turning to the Charter of Omicronis, I informed her that insulting a Core pilot on patrol is against the law. I attempted to fine her 2,000,000 credits, in which she refused. A fight broke out, which resulting in us terminating all but one of their fighters. I chased him, but unfortunately I was unable to intercept the last fighter escaping through Rho. Upon passing through the unstable jump hole my ship suffered a malfunction, temporarily terminating its systems.
He got away, but not without his tail between his legs. I would suggest swift action in light of their transgressions, especially considering the proximity of Omicron Rho and Sigma-15 relative to each other.

The pact with the Razgriz' Ghosts, formerly the 101st has reached its finalization. Please refer below for the final variant of the pact negotiated with the same.
[Article 1] [Article 1] As per the treaty, Core primary ships are to remain neutral and non-hostile to Razgriz' Ghosts ships and vice versa. These vessels are exempt from any regulations otherwise imposed upon other Maltese entities. * [Article 1-a]: Exemptions may be self defense or reckless disregard for the protocol hereby established. * [Article 1-b]: Trade ships operating under the Razgriz' Ghosts banner are to adhere to Core regulations for transporting sensitive items (Nomadic remains and other anomalous materials), the Razgriz' Ghosts must also submit evidences of secure facilities to house these materials. Upon accomplishment of these prerequisites a blanket permit will be issued to all Razgriz' Ghosts designated vessels. * [Article 1-c]: Commune vessels and the vessels that are supplying the Razgriz' Ghosts are to be treated as non-combat targets by the Core. * [Article 1-d]: APM ships are to be treated as non-combat targets by the Razgriz' Ghosts. [Article 2] Pilots operating under the banners of the Core primary and secondary forces are not to engage in combat routines within confined Maltese territory - Omicron Alpha; Omicron Beta; Omicron Phi and Omicron Tau. The only exemption to this rule may be National Council affiliated ships and self defense.
Actions that started beyond maltese territory can continue within until the pursuing forces are called to leave. Actions taken by maltese forces to secure confined territory are not part of this contract and therefor dealing with defensive forces is left to the situation.
[Article 3] Razgriz' Ghosts ships are granted exclusive access to Omicron Rho, but should keep a 10k radius from all core installations. The Razgriz' Ghosts must also try to ensure its peers in the Maltese territory honor this agreement. Trespassers will be met with force. Razgriz' Ghosts cannot be held accountable for actions taken by other maltese entities but will instruct organizations working with the Ghosts to adhere the agreement.
[Article 5] Pilots of the Core primary and secondary forces are not to interdict logistics vessels delivering supplies to the Razgriz' Ghosts. Should this not be the true destination interdiction and destruction is warranted. Ships partaking in the act of slaving are to be interdicted regardless of the above regulation and the captains summarily executed. * [Article 5-a]: Ships affiliated with no prevalent Maltese authority are to not be interdicted or engaged. Interdiction should only be performed if slaves are being transported, or if nomadic equipment is being transported.
[Article 6] Pilots of the Razgriz' Ghosts as well as its allies and peers are not engage pilots operating under the combined banners of the core regardless of wherever they may be found, the only exemptions being defiance to any procedures laid within this document or self defense.

I spotted a strange guy, named "Jane Doe" in a ship named "Atar". His ship and his loadout made me more suspicious. It says she's a female but... in a machine, she just wanted to see how is Omicron Delta comparing what she saw it more time ago and finally she docked at Freeport 11.

Ladies and gentlemen,
The Order is getting too cocky latley. Just now I've encountered the warship Horizon unter Order banner right outside Yaren Base as I was heading back from a mining run. It's presence left me with no choice but forced landing at the station.
Considering the above I strongly recommend intensification of Core patrols in Delta, as well as deployment of armed escorts for mining operations.
