Event begins on the 10th of February, after the server restart and continues until both commodities are fully transported. Saturday, February 18th.

DESCRIPTION

---

Event Type: Trade Event

The USI are preparing to clean up and deal with the remains of what was once Red Deer Station, having already found themselves a buyer in Kusari for the scrap. As the salvage operation commences, most of the recovered chunks of hull and other parts are being gathered around the nearby Battleship Concord for later transportation - though mostly for larger vessels to haul.

The fresh approach to the station and by a company with the access codes to the deeper partitions of the station itself has also yielded successful results to recover many internal components and data - also being stored on Concord for later transportation to LPI laboratories - though there are rumors that certain parties have also managed to smuggle some of these items to the nearby Freeport 14 and will pay well for said cargo to take a detour out of Liberty borders.

Apart from the bonus, there is a chance for the participants to win a choice of one of the Tier I Scientific Data rewards.
The reward will go to the following players:

The player who has transported the most Legal salvage.
The GROUP who has transported the most Legal salvage.
The player who has transported the most illegal salvage.
The GROUP who has transported the most illegal salvage.

It is a part of the commodity infocard. You can levy fines on contraband as per your ID and the event commodities specifically lists it as such. There is no need to add it to the LibLaws, as it will be removed once the event is over.

Sorry Spaz, I'm new to your events. Are these special events supposed to be more profitable than normal trading and stuff? Don't know where else to ask.

The profitability for this event in particular is currently between a smuggling route and an ore route.
