@Technical
The Scout symbol, the fleur-de-lies, was origenaly a a French symbol, used in Heraldry as far back as the 1100's. Now days it is a signature of anything French, and of the Boy Scouts (absolutly NO conection)

OK ! Then, I'll act as the french I am...

YES ! During the war, our unefficient leaders gave up after overarmed and well-leaded German Nazi forces conquered half of our territory in few days... (just as Poland, Austria,...). YES ! most frenches doesn't talk a great english, and most strangers can't learn french...
NOW ! MY TURN !
Half of french students in scientific wing are invited by other Countries to "finish their studies" because french have something you lack (not all of you,this is not an insult but a fact) : creativity ! DO I HAVE TO REMIND HOW MANY STUFFS HAVE BEEN INVENTED THANKS TO FRENCH PEOPLE ?! I'm not an expert but... Do anybody have an equivalent for our Concorde ? What about politic ? Recently, it's turning into s'?t, but FRANCE invented current democracy model ! Other examples ? French bread, Lumiere brethen (cinema's creators),De Gaule (sorry but, HE was a man, who first leaved the Cold War, made a "country to save" a "savers country", helped (after a few mistakes) all french colonies to become strong by themselves,...)...

I'm not here to flame in french, but to stop bad reputation people have about France. Give us a chance before all converge in the "Kill Koward Klan"

OK for gentle RP, OK for gentle PvP too. What do you prefer ?
Hurk hurk hurk...

I was just quoting Clarkson :$

And I have also seen why so many French studens like to study abroad. One of my friends from France was getting over 500 euro a month just from French goverment for studying abroad. He said he makes more money studying abroad than staying at home and working besides school.

Also the other way French government pays quite a lot to foreign students studying in France.

I think it's actually good idea both ways...

but this is not really the place to discuss/bash France.

Yeah It was just my thought when I saw it as it is actually the only place I personally have encountered it.
I read up on it a little and I guess it's more than just the scout emblem. Still everytime I see it I'm still going to think boy scouts it's just what it puts into my mind.

Boy scouts badge above so yeah there is a connection.
