Those pictures only exists on the forums, your name will exist on an ID within the content of the game, two very different situations. The former is harmless where the latter starts to move towards copywrite law.

Your ZoI should remain as Liberty and surrounding systems with the Nomads and Wild line changed from anywhere to "within ZoI." Though honestly with these changes you may as well just use the LSF or Navy ID.
So you suggest just sticking to the LSF id? Makes sense, as mentioned on my op this is a work in progress
However I want to be able to head to the omicrons without issues like the ID limiting it.

Liberty has literally no connection to the Omicrons. Mentioning both ZOIs in ID doesn't make much sense. You'd need to cross foreign house territories to reach them, what again, doesn't make much (if any) sense with any kind of capital vessel. And doing so when noone's online doesn't help it either.
It would make more sense back when you could jump to Minor from Ellesmere, or wherever it was, I kinda forgot.
I'd rather suggest to pick one instead of both those ZOIs. You want Liberty + Nomads = stick to some libertonian ID, you want to return to omicrons = return to Order ID or some different available.

The proposed ID is also ridiculous; it is the LSF ID with added battleships, permission to destroy Nomads and Wild anywhere (read sector wide) and a bizarre allowance for the Omicron region with which Liberty has no direct access. Char pics are one thing - as long as the same names/characteristics aren't used, then it's fine.
But, I really think you should change the name. Make it something new, fresh. Base it around a theme maybe? (Like how I based Aux out of greek & mythology, instead of mishmashing words)
I will work with some people on getting a new name.
I like the idea, certainly welcome more activity to the omicrons and should certainly prove interesting when it comes to how the |Core and Order will react.
Tell me, do you plan on adding Battleships to the ID at some point in the future and if not then why?

Heres where things get a bit tricky, the ZoI doesn't define where you can go only the locations that you can use the lines on your ID (hence why I suggested dropping the "Hunt anywhere" line as it would give you sector wide permission without limitation such the as Order's "Cannot bring caps into systems with gates") which means you can technically go anywhere you want but you wouldn't be able to directly attack Wild or Nomads but could still defend yourselves. It also leaves you at the mercy of whomevers territory you enter.
Basically you've either got ZoI in the Omicrons or Liberty, not both.
