It's still a work in progress. Any input and reputation adjustments(it's copypaste from wiki, might be outdated) are welcomed. We're also still discussing about the name and tag. I'm posting it as it's nearly done as I've been working on it for quite a while.
I remember someone stating somewhere recently that the Blood Dragons would love more people to interact with. Maybe this'd be an excuse for me to give playing an exile a go! Their ships are ultra smexy and I also wouldn't mind a chance to brush back up on my piloting skills. I've always had a love for Kusari, so maybe I could help with it's player base.
Will Kusari Explorers be put to use, as well? I do love flying odd ball ships.
Edit: I also wonder if Council weaponry would be used, since they are referenced as being allies.
Lemme clarify something after a short internal chitchat. It is also likely that this thread will be kept as a separate feedback one, while the information will be moved to a new thread, just saying.

As for the first question: as a group of the Imperial Navy pilots, we'd rather avoid using non-IKNish line of vessels, especially in terms of gunboats and above. The ID itself allows us to fly the KuEx at 100%, but I'd prefer to avoid it. So, the Kusari Explorer isn't availalble under the tag.
As for the 2nd question: In terms of Council weaponry, I won't mind using it on tagged vessels, but only with the green light from the Council itself. Putting it into practice: along with some RP background, for example a comm towards the Council. If they agree to 'send' some their weapons to support the Imperial cause, I'm for using it on some vessels. Even then, I'm not sure if the ID actually supports the usage of Council guns on IKN iD'd ships.

It's always cool to see some interest from the community in terms of joining, but sadly, the Imperials are rather low in numbers in terms of capital vessels, so we'd rather stay with 3 dessies and 4 gunboats in total tho.
Quoting from the (most likely outdated) wiki: "as the Ronin, are small in numbers, comprising some 5 battleships, 10 Destroyers and 25 Gunboats and a handful of fighter and bomber wings"
You can always fly this ship as an indie and might be granted access to our shared dessie after spending a while onboard and doing some tasks, you know, after hanging around for a while. However, the 4th dessie is no option for us with the tag on it.

Hm, that's true. I've adjusted them to negative neutral, but I'm not sure if it needs some additional corrections. Feel free to share any input regarding any diplomacy changes.
//EDIT:
Also about Council's tech/weapons - it has 10% with IKN ID
