HFs have standard 8000 core and 1200 regen/sec
LFs have standard 8500 core and 100 regen/sec

The idea is that HFs can keep their core higher easier while LFs can collect more core, but it will regenerate less. Why that is that you can probably annoy @Haste but he'll just tell you he'd rather have anything not VHF removed.
