Greetings Mr. Erzie.

As I'm sure you're aware, it's been weeks now since I left with you my precious Osprey at Ames Research Station for the purposes of investigating cloaking issues with my ship and fitting one of your power cells to my ship. I'm yet to receive any word in relation to the completion of my ship's overhaul. This is taking longer than I anticipated, and I'd like to have my Osprey back some time soon as my Sabre isn't quite cutting it.

Just thought I'd check how it's coming along.

I would have gotten back to you sooner, but despite the efforts I've taken into repairing your cloak, it doesn't seem like there is a solution. After running some diagnostics on your vessel, it's clear that some electromagnetic emissions are completely negating a successful veil, rendering any attempt useless, even when maximized with our power cell. As we increased the power of the cell, the emissions increased proportionately, and EM waves became more and more spastic around the vessel. I'd like to invite you to witness this process first hand, as it truly seems there isn't a solution; at least not an obvious one.

Hopefully this clarifies the hold-up.
