If you're not meant to be there, you're not meant to be there. Pirate-Lawful interaction is meant to happen at trade lanes, at choke-points, at natural interaction areas based around the Sirius economy. It's tacitly established LPI and BHG shouldn't camp Buffalo. Let's not create a different, inferior set of rules for Rheinland.

We're not a terribly active house. We can't afford to have basecamping.

I'll talk with the person who complained. Other than that, you don't get to decide when or where interactions between lawfuls and unlawfuls happen, so don't try to. If the RM got to you while you were still sitting inside your base then it's you that is the problem (not leaving your "InRP protected" base), not the lawful player rightfully looking for interaction.

No problem! After review of the evidence it appears you didn't realise what you did. I make mistakes of that nature all the time, and I'm a 1ic. Smile

Looking forward to flying into each other some more!

Edit: Yber - on skype.

My compliments to RM for showing up - had started to think you'd died off!

Exceptional Kudos for telling your members not to engage when two of my members had connection issues. However, we don't have shared snubs everywhere, we can't always log snubs situationally. Rule of thumb is we try to balance big assets with the small - so don't expect snub only or cap only fights, because that's not how we normally fly around.

Rule of thumb is 2 snubs to 1 gunboat or cruiser, or sometimes 1-to-1 if we expect to encounter capitals. In this case, we expected to encounter RM turtle indies, so we brought an equal composition with us.

Try to use our level via the player list to tell what we're flying. We can't always just bring VHFs.

First of all thank you for your feedback. Well it's up to you how you manage your fights well you know what usually happens when there is a fight with caps + snubs vs snubs only.
Anyways I believe it's time to log more in the next time.

Definitely! We'll try.

Both sides did a very good job of keeping the cap and snub fights separate. Would be happy to have more encounters of that type in the future.

I personally think it's rather fishy, or at least bad practice, to be the only person entering a system, dying in it and then still bringing back detailed reports.

While I agree that characters shouldn't actually die from a mere pvp death, this is really awkward.

I suppose in the future you can upload data directly to the needed servers and use it later on as a reference. That would be my inRP explanation.

Why do you have that in Bering? How can people get lost at all? What's the point of shooting down a witness if they always have the "cloud excuse"?

It appears that I only now realize why the rules outside of house space are feeling half-oorply forced to make house military weaker. Because of things like this.
