It's better to have cloaked people that can be intercepted than having people that don't even log. It's a bit harder to intercept those guys.

And that's another good point..

Cloaks can be disrupted, just like cruise can.

Just because someone wears the cloak of no see-no-kill doesn't mean they're not a viable target or an opportunity for some decent RP

But CD'ing a cloaking ship just as the cloak is starting to warm up cuts it out

If you deliberately CD a ship while it's charging it's cloak, you need to think about your life decisions.
