I am greatly pleased by the sucess of our Fuku-Honbuchu, Yamota-san, and of Tomodachi-san and all of the Black Dragon Society Kobun. The numerous recent victories of us and our Farmers Alliance allies over our pathetic enemies only reinforces my confidence in the strength of our syndicate.

I wish to inform you all that the recent escalation in activity in core Kusari space has led me to begin patrolling more frequently aboard our ship Kusari Pride. While this vulgar display of power was not previously appropriate, I feel it is now necessary, and I encourage all officers and soldiers to use whatever firepower is required to protect our interests. Strength is the order of the day, and strength we have shown, and must continue to show, especially given the influx of irreputable traders to our own base here at Kabukicho.

In my patrols tonight, I have encountered a Hogosha pilot, UberGoat, not aligned with our faction, and his compatriot, Mayyhem. They were trading at Kabukicho depot, and showed great disregard for our customs and practices. As the Hogosha pilot took action to restrain the loose mouth of his friend, I imposed no corrective action upon them, but beware . . . I see no need to treat the Hogosha of rival syndicates with more respect than we show to any fair citizen of Kusari, especially should their allies dishonour us with loose talk and harsh words.

Great news today brothers. Ze'ev Barak and I took down two Blood Dragon gunboats coming through Kyushu and New Tokyo today. We caught up with them near Shinjuku and with taking only minor damage won a great victory.

These Bloods were tagged with a [53rd], I am not very familiar with this group but if this is all the Blood have left to send out then it wont be long until we drive them from Kusari forever.

I would like add a positive remark as to the combat capabilities of the Gaian gunships that Ze'ev and I were flying in that fight. Have to hand it to the Gaians, they made a fine ship.

Konnichiwa, brothers. I am pleased to announce that I have fully resumed my normal levels of patrol activity once again. I have successfully intercepted a number of undesirables in Kusari space over the past couple of days, and it brings me great joy to be part of cleaning up Kusari once again. Just this evening I had an interesting chat with a rather talkative GC pilot; if you listen to her you'd think they were a bunch of pacifists looking for a truce, and not angry whining terrorists.

I must announce the addition of another ship to our fleet. The [|]Anauma (dark horse) is an Anki-class freighter, heavily armed and heavily armored. It is an excellent smuggling vessel, capable of fighting the few things it cannot avoid. She has already been field-tested, comfortably making the run to Planet Crete despite numerous Nomad attacks.

Is there any word on progress in the redevelopment in the Tottori system? I am anxious to here more of this.

Konnichiwa Elders and Brother,

It is with deepest shame that I must report that the Black Dragons and our OPG Corsair allies have suffered an overwhelming defeat in our latest attempt to disrupt the Gas Mining Guilds efforts in Okinawa.

I must conclude that there is a spy operating somewhere either within our organisation or even possibly within the Corsairs as our small attack fleet of 1 Black Dragon 2 Corsair Heavy Fighters and 1 Bomber was met with a combined GMG, Blood Dragon and Mercenaries numbering 16 in total.

Although we were outnumbered by 4 to 1 they did suffer battle losses as well as much costly damage to their ships, before ultimately our own force was destroyed leaving us fleeing for our base in Okinawa in escape pods.

I must commend our Corsair friends for their bravery during this mission, they are fine pilots and fighters and chose to continue with me on this mission knowing the odds were strictly against us.

Not long ago i was at Kamakura base in Okinawa. Fortunately i was able to track communication transponder signal of one of your gunships, the "Byakko Tomodachi". I contacted the ship and asked the captain, if they could meet me at Kamakura to avoid any struggles in Kusari core systems.
He did agree and we had a little meeting.
I sincere appologise, if this meeting has kept the ship away from more important duties.
The reason i requested the meeting is simple, because i would like to expand shipments of artifacts to your Black Dragon Society. I spoke with captain of "Byakko Tomodachi" about some general informations and was questioned by him. Unfortunately some GC or Blood Dragon were able to hack in our conversation and to track the location of our comm signals. So the meeting ended and i was escorted by your gunship back to Sigma 19 JH in Honshu. At the end, the captain transmitted a communication link to your message board here.

About my person:

I'm a smuggler or lets say a trader in exotic goods.
My major business is to smuggle and haul goods for Corsair, because i'm a Corsair by blood.
Nevertheless i'm always interested in other profitable business. Ofcourse nothing, which does harm Corsair or friends of Corsair.
I'm a proud captain of a nice little freighter, the "El Caminante" like my nickname, and i'm in the possession of very detailed Sirius star system maps and commodity dealer price lists. I would be a bad smuggler, if not.

Here is what i propose to Black Dragon Society or businessmen working for you and you trust:

-Scheduled Artifact shipments, conducted by myself only or in convoy with other interested Corsair trader.
Can be OTC, a transportation division you are familiar with, might take the head of those small operations on Corsair side. I'm in lose contact with senor Sparta from OPG about and even Benitez familia might be interested in supporting the shipments. Both of the latter are not official statements yet though.
It depends to, if i will be successful.

-The shipments could be conducted once or twice a week. For the beginning once a week is looking best.

-Shipclass of choice on Corsair side are freighters, to keep a low profile on the runs and to have better mobility. Probably some fighter escorts.

The transfer and negotiateable prices:

-Transfer points could be Hawaii, Sigma 19 and/or Kamakura base, Okinawa. Might be decided on the spot to actual situation.

-Me will inform you about amount of artifact cargo so you can bring enough ships to take over the cargo in one transfer.

Payments for artifacts by your side i have different suggestions.
It can be either credits or goods needed by Corsair.
If you would like to pay in credits, i propose 1000 credits per unit at Hawaii and 1400 credits per unit at Kamakura.
If you would like to pay in goods, here a list of what we always need:
-Consumer goods
-Engine Components
-Fertilizer
-Food
-H-fuel
-High temperature alloy
-Light arms
-Mining machinery
-Ship hull panels
-Super Alloy
List might be completed or overhauled in time. The payment in goods can consist of a single commodity or a mix of them.

Thats it and if you take the proposal into consideration, i would like to meet with one of your leaders at Hawaii for closer negotiations about prices, schedules and so on.

I don't want to expand this into a weekly battle event. Its just for nice little rp, which might be with or without interruption. Its also possible to have this randomly, if i am online and a [|] Hogosha player is also, why not having a shipment and transfer as it should be. Ok, Kamakura buys artifacts for ca. 1830 credits per unit, while Hawaii only 100 per unit and Hawaii doesn't sell artifacts anylonger. The latter is also a point i would like to revive Hawaii as artifact market place. We are always happy to have more Artifacts in Kusari; such beauty and fine art is rare to come by in these troubling times. We have recently moved to increase the use of Kamakura base in Okinawa as both a hub of Artifact trade as well as a refueling station for Corsair and other allies in the North Sigmas but Hawaii is used quite frequently in smaller deals. If your shipment is smaller than 600 units of artifacts we request you meet a Hogosha representative on Hawaii, and larger shipments should be processed through Kamakura. Your prices are more than reasonable and we would be happy to pay. A favor I ask of you, for your first three shipments, would you please bring down shipments of Food Rations to Crete as a gift from the Syndicates; we are having a prosperous time in the Sigmas and Kusari and would like our Corsair allies to know that.

Due to the nature of our business, scheduling a weekly drop off may take negotiating; but it is not impossible. In the mean time, please contact [|] operatives for unscheduled shipments or sell the artifacts to the men operating Kamakura base; they will see to it that the artifacts make it to us.

Thank you for your response. It has taken a while for me to react to your response, because i got a message directly linked to my home (//PM). It was from GMG. It seems they were able to hack into communication protocol. I don't know, if the lack of security was on my or your side. I took a preventive measure on my side and initiated a new protocol. Hope it is safe now.

I appreciate, that you take my proposal into consideration. I did not expect a fully negotiation about the matter at this point. I'm gladly enough my proposal catched your attention.

My freighter has capacity of 490 Sirius standard cargo units. So i will keep my eyes open, whether i can meet one of yours to transfer the load at Hawaii and to take over food in return, in the first three shipments. If not, i will proceed to Kamakura and transmit the requested proof of a successful artifact shipment.
