Are outcast cap ships now open to any ID?

The point I was maiking was fairly simplistic. I have had to do that with a lot of my arguements in this thread...

I was addressing you "I hope you're not going to assist the lolz I pwn you noob player to get approved" comment.

And furthermore I addressed the issue about us supposedly persecuting people not in an outcast clan. READ MY POSTS BEFORE YOU PASS COMMENT. It makes you look like an arse if you don't.

I know for a fact that you are being rather silly about it, and making arguement for arguements sake. I like the cut and thrust of debate, but frankly you need to bow out of this one now. Look for the very very last time I am going to say this. It is not about faction vs indy, I don't want all indies out of capships, I don't dislike indy players, we are not evil bastards trying to dominate people, we are simply trying to make this place better. This is the measure we have decided to take. I have offered to help people write their RP if they arn't confident to do it themselves, I have bent over backwards to explain this to you, PLEASE take it in...

Hell if you want to fly an outcast capship I will even help you write the roleplay if you want... Look I am not against indy players... understand now.

Not at all, the problem is you are closed to any opinion other than that which comes from clan leaders.

The idea that you are doing this to make the server better is laughable given the response from the outcast clans on this topic. Basically you refuse to do anything other than make broad statements without any logic behind them and ignore any point not in your favor.

This is clan vs, indie. You guys in the clan have decided to persecute every single indie in an outcast cap ship, whether their rp is good or not. You have threatened every single one of these indie players with pvp whoring if they don't do what you say, no matter if their rp is good or bad.

That's the fact, saying that isn't clan vs. indie is simply wrong, which is why you don't debate, you simply make statements.

On top of that, it has been admitted that this is completely unnecessary in order to squelch the bad players. That right there shows this is more clan vs. indie than anything else.

On top of that, the claim that this will make a better server is completely unfounded.

You haven't said a thing, you've just tried to squelch any opinion that disagrees with this targeting of indies without explaining why you are doing this. You have to admit that does raise concerns about the true motives behind this.

That's not true, I have been flying a BD bomber since nearly day one, and have never been hassled by the Nova or the CG, even in my cruiser. The cruiser only comes out when it's needed, and my in game rp is just fine, as you know.
It sounds like several clans want a clan only server, where there are no indies, only people who look like indies that the clan guys can boss around.

As the Rep the the "Discovery Union of Capwhores" - i love a good cap ship as much as the next man, in fact, i love them so much its pretty much all i fly, with a few exceptions.

All my caps btw, with the exception of one - are indie's. And i have no problem whatsoever with being accepted by the community, in fact at the moment in an interesting twist, a faction is helping me with my RP for one....

Also, as the union rep, i have also stated that in this case, the 101st is completly in the right as the offending ship that started this debacle is sold in their guard system and thus server rules state they have complete freedom to police THAT ship.
They are allowing people to buy other cap ships it would seem that are not sold from their guard system.

As a known Indy capwhore champion, i am actually defending the 101st here - this is not against indies per se - and they are within server rules to police ships sold in their guard systems.

Now, i have to leave, i have a plane to catch,.. literally:)

oh, i almost forgot about this one -

if you pilots are so numerous, how did i get in the system, but the ship, and get out without being approached by even one 101st pilot or captain. Check your log book, you wont see any mention of it, nor their tellming me that the ship was illgeal prior to this incident starting. I dont think a well timed strike would have trouble getting to corsica if this tendency continued.

Although i did notice greatly increaded presence in the omicrons today. All of which were enforcing the new cap ship policy btw. sound like a knee-jerk recation to me, not the prohibitive one that would have stopped me from buying the ship in the first place

An ESS craft's Captain hailed and scanned you. You responded appropriately to the hail, and your ship's behaviour did not indicate any failure in any of the cardamine aerosolizers.

However your ID was still to be resolved by Outcast mechanics. I hope that this has been dealt with, regardless of whether you are KOS to the 101st or not.

You go off at him for not reading the posts, but if you read them you would have seen that he doesn't have a ship to register. So everything is dandy.

Do the use of capitols undermine and agruement fataly??? Does the case you use affect meaning??? Hmmm somehow I think not. I use capitols to amphase what I am trying to say, you can;t hear the tone in my voice as I type so you lose a lot of the actualy communication that way... However this is massively irrelevant. He has complained and complained for a very long time. however he has achieved nothing, he has refused to respond to anything he can't argue with. Nothing anyone other than him has been accepted by him, nothing... I find that to be extremely annoying. Fundamental things had to be layed down and he still refuted them out of sheer blinding will to argue... how very obnoxious.
