Actually, an we have anti-battleship torpedos for gunboats, too? Pretty please?
Torpedo boats are a historical class, after all. And those torpedo boats could be comfortably engaged by "torpedo boat destroyers" - or destroyers, as we know them.

It's useful for the simple fact alone that in most capital ship battles, your flaks tend to be distracted by snubcraft nearby instead of missiles overhead.

medium-heavy cruiser and battlecruisers can use this weapon

bigger explosion will cause fps drop because its launching 3 torps

Implemention of torpedo's or missiles that do not work within a 4.5k radius is interesting
