Besides you did not provide any reasoning why and how that happened? Sadly, I find the explanation with circumventing the FR5 most realistic at this point. If you don't want to know the answer to your recent questions, then you won't get them. If you like answers, I'd suggest RP to get them. If you wish for all your desired answers to be given by ooc-means, I've to disappoint you because that's not going to happen.
And when Texas and Loyola (why is she still alive again?) met, this happened when Texas was still the callsign of Estefania. Which Texas now isn't anymore. For more information on that, as mentioned, there's the means of RP for you to find out.
If all of this doesn't strike you as a suitable answer, and you feel more inclined to believe something else, then that's your personal choice.
So to get things straight. Estefania did shady stuff and got busted. 101st people (Gabriella included when she refused to surrender her sister) talked sh1t against the government and then the thing (101st squadron) got FR5'd, but now suddenly Gabriella is in another faction which is basically the child of the previous faction and is good with the government?
If there's a problem with the [GoR] or Gabriella, then I suggest you make use of a different thread as this one here is neither about any of them. This is about the remnants of the [101st] who followed their exile from Malta. If you've any questions about that, feel free to ask. If not, then from now on take all your questions not related to this part of the RP around the initial [101st]-faction to a different place, as it doesn't belong here.
After reading your writeup, it should be noted that if you plan to use the Outcast ID for this and shoot the factions in your stated Enemy list that are currently regarded as Allies for the ID, you will be sanctioned if someone reports you for it. You might need to switch to the Pirate ID if you plan on going through with your proposed Diplomacy, though you will need to fall under the limitations of that ID, especially when it comes to PVP.
Lore-wise it is rather odd that you are proposing a faction that is essentially the 101st (reminder, the faction's name has always been the Ghosts of Razgriz, but the tag we used was 101st.) and are not expecting that your FR5 will not carry out to this new group. Especially since your statement about it being two groups hold little water as, if you need reminder, the only other ingame character with a 101st tag apart from your [101st]Tag character was instantly requested to us to be renamed. There are no 101st characters ingame anymore.
This is -very- poor form, Divine and we are keeping tabs on the situation at hand.

Explain at last how a legit diplomacy that was built up over years is suddenly not valid anymore. It was the official diplomacy of the official faction, mostly, and was the diplomacy of the later unofficial faction, mostly. The only entry added to hostile are the Lane Hackers, due to interactions with them on forums.
So what exactly triggered a diplomacy that was once accepted to not being allowed anymore?
