Since you are using an Outcast ID, you must abide that ID.

Yes. The original faction was discontinued, their ID included. You do not have the ID anymore and may not operate on that RP within the server rules.
Obtain an official ID and continue it or use the Pirate ID, though with its limitations in mind.

We'll not change our ID and should there be any reports on a violation of the server rules, then deal with it when it comes up, should it come up.
That being said, I appreciate your words on encouraging members to ignore RP and will keep that in mind.

Going further by trying to circumvent fr5s and other infractions placed on the 101st by creating a 101st inspired group does not cut it either.

The more you push with your 101st rp the more of a joke the memory of that faction becomes.

Does anyone even read what is posted about the FR5 or is everyone just jumping the gun on false conclusions made by others? The FR5 is still in effect on the [101st] tag and with that, every ship displaying this tag is and will be further under the effects of said FR.
Now first people cry that there should be taken responsibility for the actions in RP and the consequences taken, and now when there's a follow-up faction that's actually carrying those responsibility and consequences, everyone cries again.
I don't get what you want besides wishing this group to stop.

The faction seemed cool at the first sight. However that reputation, RP and the rumours I heard make it bad. The faction could live on, with a new Role Play, because this one is..eh. If not, just let the faction die.

Seriously, try something new and cut ties with the past loose. Do it, because reviving 101st, even in a different skin, but with the very same idea behind it (especially with such a huge direct import from Ace Combat series I adore) I can assure you this isn't going to work. Especially after all that infamy around this non-existant faction. Let it go, for your own good. Just don't torture yourself even further.
