My internet connect has dropped after reconnecting to the internet and trying to log back on I have had the above error message for the past 10 mins.

Excuse me I didn't understand properly. Check your task manager to see if there's any freelancer process going in the background and if there is, close it.

tried that no luck, i need my ship killed so the account gets kicked for base idle

Fully shutdown and restarted my PC, no change I still can't log in

Can you log any other ship? Make a new account.

If that works then someone has your ship logged.
