After being accepted in 821 A.S. by the RFP, his upcoming to promotion of Wachmann came at a strong reasoning for his quick detective work and service to his House at catching 4 smugglers during his first month. However after a patrol he seemingly disappeared on the same year... until coming back now.

Edit: After waiting for such a period, Albert used his old police badge for an day hour and wanted to see how Rheinland has been without him.. He documented them and committed to a citizen's arrest when necessary.

This Junker was found with part of the WSC-tagged vessel and I immediately noticed something peculiar about his ship. It had mounted an illegal equipment. I apprehended him and levied a 500.000 SC fine for a temporary licensing that would expire upon leaving Rheinland on his equipment given I was unable to ask him to leave given my ship conditions. I gave the fine to RFP|Arsenal.

I was born to a struggling family on New Berlin. We were poor, actually. Very poor. My parents, they had practical qualifications, but there never seemed to be enough work in our city on New Berlin to go around, and so they were stuck doing garbage work and other low-skilled labor, often only as temporarily-assigned workers. It was a bleak life, and I'm amazed that it didn't turn them sour when they were raising me. A lot of that was probably in part to a friend of my papa named Erik Kalzburg. He ran a private detective agency near where we lived and he helped us get through some of the tougher months with his charity after more fruitful jobs. How he was helping us inspired me, I put him on a pedestal, saying I'd be just like Erik when I grew up. I got my chance; my parents managed to talk him into helping to pay for my university so I could help drag the family out of this desperate life. I was a okay student by my own estimation. Hardly "summa cum laude" material, I prefer my hands-on learning to digging my nose into a book, but I got by.

You'd think I'd have joined up with law enforcement then and there, but I was still thinking that I was meant for the private eye life. Erik even hired me to hook up with his firm, gott knows where he finds the patience to spend money on me. Well, goes to show that while the man's character might be exceptional, hard-working and generous, his chosen profession is dreary work. As mentioned above, most of our customers are petty couples looking for dirt on their mates to justify a divorce, or to track down some debt dodger. Sometimes we'd get cases from the state attorney in our urban district, and those were the ones that got me excited, but they were few and far between. Thankfully, I did manage to get a taste of space-flight when I accompanied Erik to and from Munich and Nuremburg for personal business, and he let me practice with the stick and flight controls. It was exhilarating, but it was negligible flight experience at best, I freely admit. Overall though, the pay is hardly worth the effort for all this, so I've since sobered up as to my current profession.

Two things made me think of the Federal Polizei. First and foremost, the state-provided accommodations for my family. They are getting up in age, soon they'll be unfit for work and they deserve a more comfortable lifestyle. Second, I like to consider myself a patriot. I had hard times growing up, but I never blamed our country or our chancellor for that, and I worked my way to a better life. Rheinland has its problems, but more security in space for innocent travelers and putting dangerous criminals and smugglers behind bars would go a long way towards making things better. If I get to finally get a taste of real, practical law enforcement and see some action while I'm at it, that's all the better.

Kara was born in 798 A.S. on planet Baden-Baden as daughter of a Rheinland Militär Elite, Wolfgang von Thielau and a BDM agent Heide Heinrich.
She learned fast how important it is to protect the wonderful Rheinland; her Home. She was 9, too young to take part in interhouse fights, such as against the Liberty Navy or a closer terror Organization: The Hessians..., but she told her father to register her to a military Academy on New Berlin, as soon as she would be old enough. Wolfgang promised her and with the age of 14 she went to the academy to start her military training.
On her 18th birthday (November 18th) her father gave her an own Military ID. Kara was so proud. Now she could finally take part in interspace conflicts. Her father taught her to how to lead a group after she was promoted to Cruiser Captain with the age of 23. She was a very good leader.
One day she escorted a BDM group to a station, which sent an emergency call: 4 Red Hessian Battleships were attacking the secret base. Kara’s group entered the fight as soon as possible. It was a hard fight, Kara’s mother didn't survive that battle, but it got worse, Kara’s team got ripped up by the two remaining Battleships and also Kara lost her ship. She was lucky to be the only surviving person after that accident. The Military patrols fetched her up 5 hours later and brought her home to Baden-Baden and gave her a Wraith, so that she wouldn't stuck there. There she criticized her flight style and her qualities as leader. But the more she thought about that, the more she knew, that it was false to join the military. Her qualities are very good, but now she knew: While all pilots are defending Rheinland outside their territory and not inside, the Hessians and Bundschuh can easily take over the Rheinland. She flew for a long time now in the secondary fleet of the police forces in Rheinland, and defended the Rheinland within the borders. Kara saw, that this is her destinaition. Now she came to the decision to join the Rheinland Federal Police first fleet. So she's here and waits for your reply.

I started flying a small ship with my father, who was now so old that he didn't want to fly missions all around Sirius anymore, but rather in Rheinland only. As I grew older, so did my father. And eventually he felt like he wasn't able to fly anymore, which was about 4 years ago. Since then, I took on his job and try to get as much money in for the family as possible so my family could still live a good life under good circumstances. Obviously, the income of a Freelancer is not too high, and more important, not always there! I decided to take some lessons in flying Fighter-class Spacevessels and got rather good at flying them. So this is why I decided to look for a "real" Job in Rheinland, but being denied by the Kruger and the ALG due to my lack of experience with freighters and transports, I decided to apply to the Police. *
