I thought we all agreed that they aren't inRP, because it would mean that LPI would fine every single Navy vessel for having Blackmarket engines and every single Freelancer for doing the same.

No house laws forbid them. The term "Blackmarket" is just missleading in their infocard even though it would make sense if they are forbidden or need a permit.

Blackmarket varients are NOT the same as the Gallic varients though. They're just... pretty engines. Non-official by any brand. No manufactorer.
