Good day, Agent Jackson. I am Akashi Uekawa, dockmaster of Yukawa Shipyard. Allow me to assure you that, in the interests of international security, and goodwill between House Liberty, Kishiro Technologies, and House Kusari, we at Kishiro do not take this communication, nor any of the goings-on in and around Kishiro corporate property lightly; our first priorities are the safety and livelihood of Kishiro employees and stringently abiding by all legitimate House laws, including full cooperation with legal authorities.
However, given the Liberty Security Force's lack of legitimate jurisdiction within House Kusari, the absence of any publicly-accessible directives regarding the treatment of alleged defectors by civilians issued by the lawful authorities of either House Kusari or House Liberty, the highly sensitive nature of the vessel in question, and its relation with ongoing investigations by outside parties—which I am not at liberty to further disclose—I must regretfully inform you that Kishiro Technologies will be taking no action to seize, impound, capture, or otherwise unlawfully interfere with the LCS Secession, nor arrest or impede her captain or crew.
