Yeah or the technician just plugged it incorrectly / wrong slot / didn't connect cables from
power souce etc. Just check it manually and connect it properly. ;)

Yea that card would need an extra plug or something, like, directly into the card from the PSU to run properly if at all....fans..ect...

If they are not plugged in, or your card is hot to the touch, then thats your problem.

Otherwise, its a faulty card, go back to the shop, poke them in the face, and say "fix it....now....":P

This is what ill do... Only difference is that ill poke em with something sharp...

I cant even play FL on 2nd worst settings.................. Lets try the worst...

Well, I know you had it installed at the shop but, even if you don't know a whole lot.. Bust open your case. Find the video card (it is usually the top card on the bottom wrung where all the cards are). Make sure it is pushed in all the way and that if there is a power connector on the card itself, that it is connected.

I know on my MOBO the power connector is actually ON the MOBo for the PCI Express cards.

Besides, opening it up and looking gives you the chance to see if they gave you the card you paid for.
