I need help

I need a Transmission bar, would be awesome if it would be easy to edit cause maybe more Reichsarbeiter want to use it.
If that is possible.

It should be have the normal stuff like :
Incoming transmission
Signal strength
ΣnςrƴρťıΩN: ΛΣŜ-256 <--- exactly like that maybe the two before in the same style
