only one little thing. corsairs are in diplomacy as neutral, but BU players attack corsairs. so move corsairs to unfriendly or hostile.

That was unfortunately mistake and the said player was warned and particurarily flamed for that.

I think that there needs to be some clarification over what is Bundschuh's behaviour in terms of Corsairs. Should they be allowed to attack Corsairs that enter Rheinland? Definitely. Should they be allowed to seek out Corsairs to attack them if asked by an ally? That's the one that can be disputed. Discuss?

I would say warn Corsairs to leave Rheinland, but don't shoot them on sight. We want to stay neutral, but we don't like foreigners of any variety.

In rheinland -> politely ask them to leave and toast them if they dont respond properly.
outside of rheinland -> they can only be outside of rheinland if they are asked out by their allies, the RHA. And since RHA only talk to corsairs to tell them how they STINK(!), BU most likely would KoS anyway.

Except.. well, Bundschuh should probably be sticking to Rheinland space other than Sigma-13 and Omega-11 anyway, and if there are Red Hessians in Sigma-13 then there's an interesting issue anyway.

[color=#33cc00]This proposal is 15 days older than the next oldest submitted one, but Sabas has not logged in to the forums in over a month, so there is no point in considering him the "leader" for the purposes of this proposal.

If this faction is being led by someone on the server or other parts of this forum, that person needs to contact me ASAP, or I will move on to the next oldest proposal for consideration.

What I will need to see is the proposal submitted again by the current leader. Since the original one was submitted before the imposition of the 500 million credit fee, the faction that has been operating based on that proposal will not be subject to the fee now, either.
