Reference bios and documents: Kyoko was born in 795 AS to a fishing family. The elder of three siblings, she felt obligated to leave money set aside for school as untouched as possible, and joined the KNF. She was a distinguished participant in the Tau conflicts against Bretonia as a fighter pilot, and later as a destroyer officer, and after that a destroyer captain. Shortly before the Kusari Civil War she was put in command of the battlecruiser KDS Hiei. A few weeks after the war started, she defected to the Imperial Kusari Navy and renamed her ship HIKMS Hie. With the end of the war and the amnesty and re-integration of the IKN, she continues to serve as a battlecruiser captain with the KNF, and is politically active as a staunch monarchist and activist.
