I found not one but three connections from your IP. One of them was from a computer with only a Kamome on it, and nothing else, seemingly created just for GMG|GTS-Akihabra.

ah i see. I am indeed playing with two other family members at the same time and one of them wanted to get a start on mining whereas the other one is exploring atm. unban me please if you would, and I'll make sure to tell them they'll have to fly their own ships

from my understanding, if others play on my network IP they may not participate in say, helping me to mine or trade. If they do play on my IP, they must use their own ships and not fly ships with the GMG tag if someone else is. I had created that account for my brother and renamed it according to GMG naming standards. Because it was just this ship, it appears as though I am also flying it, because there are no other characters registered on the account. So from what I understand, if my brother wants to play on the server he may not use a ship to assist me in mining or trading, and must use his own ship and participate in his own actions separate from mine. If that is not correct, please explain it so i can understand it better so I don't make the same mistake.
EDIT: I would just like to say i feel that a ban is unjustified because I am a very new player and didn't realize there were subsections to the original rule. It appears as though other players have been sanctioned or bastilled for first time offences but I have only been playing for 3 days or so, and my first offense immediately leads me to a ban. Whereas other players who have broken multiple rules at one time rather than just one received a lighter punishment. I understand that people will make mistakes and rules will be broken and must accept the consequences, but this seems quite harsh for a 3-day player. I would like to know why I was banned, rather than sanctioned or something and questioned about my actions. Instead of "Why did you do this? do you understand why you are being sanctioned/bastilled/etc"?
I just get immediately banned. I would just like to know why such a large punishment was used on a 3-day old player. I understand that it said I was banned until I replied but it appears as though others have been bastilled and notified, rather than banned. Since I didn't fully understand the rule and I accept that I should have read it more thoroughly and paid closer attention. And in all due respect, it takes a while to reply sometimes and I would just like to mention my intention after the restart was to pay my corp my tax and go to bed. I hope that we can understand each other better and get this worked out fairly and maturely, and hopefully avoid this in the future lol

I talked to my GM and she explained it.
I promise I will not let other users fly with the GMG tag if they are not within the GMG corporation. I also promise that they will not be allowed to assist in transportation or mining if I am doing it. I learn from my mistakes.

Remember that another such action in terms of multiboxing will result in the deletion of your server assets.
