It means the server is running a mod version that is different from the one you have installed. Maybe your launcher will update itself if you restart it. If not, you should download the mod again.

Try to download the mod again, and reinstall it. This time, download it from a legit source, one mentioned on this forum, as some pages offer the mod, but with older and non-updated versions.
