A Core ship just tried to stop my GMG| transport in Omicron Kappa saying that the sector was "under quarantine" and turned me away.
When I refused, he engaged.

I've seen no RP regarding this. Is it legit or not allowed?

Maddox, take screenshots and go report it. That's what I'm currently doing, they aren't allowed to do this.

I actually logged back in and they are indeed stopping my transport from leaving Kappa. Even though Sirius corporations are FRIENDLY with the Core, and their ID clearly states they are only allowed to attack factions considered HOSTILE by their faction within their ZOI.

This is clearly just PvP drunk guys acting like jerks. Report them.

Don't think it needs a sanction report. Just a ruling on whether or not it's allowed. Nobody wants to file sanction reports (well I don't). Also, a sanction notice will take time to process - and we know how busy you are. This event has a limited timeframe.
