Both of our parties came to the conclusion that we should help each other with supplies and improve our relations with each other. That is only possible with a visa for the system of Neu Moskau. We have a mutual enemy, the Rheinwehr. Our goals may differ from each other but we can still work together and both of us could benefit from that. We are supplying your bases and take the commodities we need back to our stations. There is no need from our side to enter the classified or high secured areas in the Neu Moskau system. The yellow visa should be enough for both of our needs.
