That is true. Bustard is a CARRIER and a liner in one. It should be able to carry it.

The plugin is set up to check ship classes, and the Bustard is freighter class 10 (liners).
If it doesn't cause any problems with anything else, we could make the Bustard a carrier or battlecruiser or whatever.
