Me and the Silver Lining transported the remaining Elysium silver to Denver. The base is ready to be restocked with freshly mined silver. From there we went to Ames research station in Kepler to carry some reinforced alloy back to Elysium. To play it safe we took the "scenic route" home, along the way we encountered a pilot from the Hellfire Legion flying patrol, and he kindly proceeded to escort us back to Elysium. As it turned out the base didn't have any actual need for it at the moment, though we have no doubt it will be needed tomorrow. It will remain in my cargo hold until it is needed.
I also took a taxi to planet Denver to buy a bomber, which was outfitted and flown back to Elysium.
It was mostly a quiet night on the graveyard shift last night. No sign of pirates in Commonwealth or Liberty space until nearly the end of shift. Even then, I only ran into one Liberty Rogue in a Pilgrim Liner, and I escaped before he could get anything out of me. Here are the results of my deliveries last night:

Another productive work shift. A little noisier than last night, but nothing too serious. Just a couple of independent pirates and one pesky persistent Gallic Royal Navy girl with too many questions. Here's my cargo manifests for the night:

Tonight I met Mr. Gunsmith on a high-priority mission far from home and behind enemy lines in Omega 58. He secured an "artifact" of some alien design and had to get it back to Elysium as soon as possible. I flew the Raptor as escort. After that I was informed by Captain Lourens that we needed samples of some new and hard-to-find commodities for future production projects. I did my research, found out where the items could most-likely be purchased, and set out across the Sirius sector for the items. This mission was also a success. Here's my cargo manifests for the sample deliveries:

My day first started with selling the Silver in the half filled hold of my miner, after which I went on a silver mining run in the Sonora. Next I went to my transport and offloaded the full load of reinforced alloy from a previous run. I proceeded to try and find a source of tungsten, and I ran across a Zoner freighter who first told me it's on Sprague in Omega 3, which turned out to be a bust. I went to do a polymer run from a base in Omega 3 to Harrisburg Station in Pennsylvania to make some quick cash. The Zoner offered to find a source and give me some, which we did. I met with him in front of Elysium and the cargo transferred to my transport. As it turns out one of our other pilots had already found sources for everything, and this was not realized until now.

The day started with making a transportation run to Texas to get a haul of Energy Field Equipment. On the way back to Elysium I ran accross a freelancer, Emma Melcer. As my cargo was very valuable I chose to bring her on to escort me the rest of the way to Elysium, which she did with professionalism. Afterwards I headed to Bretonia to make a run for Graves Station to pick up some plasmonic metamaterials, again with Ms. Melcer providing escort as I didn't know what to expect in terms of cargo value. As it turns out it wasn't particularly valuable so it wasn't as risky to carry, but she provided some good company. I went ahead and made another run to Graves Station. On the way back I ran accross a Bretonia Armed Forces convoy who asked me to join them on their next trading run to Liberty after unloading my cargo, which I did. I made a return trip to Texas, confident that my extremely valuable cargo of energy field equipment would make it out of Liberty space unharmed. I parted ways with the convoy in Manchester and headed to Vespucci via Magellan.

Nothing could stop me taking off from Elysium to fly all the way to California to land on Planet Los Angeles to buy some Food Rations and Oxygen and some Water.
Was smooth sailing all the way without any pirates this time. Dodged a few meteorites during the travels but nothing our top notched mechanics can't fix.
