Jimmy had his feet up on the desk and a glass of gin in his hand when his office door slid open. He tilted his feet to unobscure the view.
"Welcome to New Providence" Jimmy said beckoning Sunny in "what can I be doin' you for?"

Ted leaned back and looked at Eva "I don't think he quiet understands where he is. Want me to break his heart or shall you?"

Eva smirked at Ted's choice of words, enjoying them even more thanks to the luxury of choice.

"I'll have the honours if you don't mind."

Eva turns her attention back to Remy, maintaining her mildly sadistic grin. It was pretty easy she was enjoying the situation she'd helped to create.

"It really seems like you've failed to grasp your situation, Monsieur. You know how I found you in Gers? Well, that is, as you know, not in Gallia - it's the border of Sirius. Unlike Gallia, Sirius is enormous and that's why I've only had limited exposure to this place; Gallia is nice and secluded. While Gers is on the border, we're at the centre, or just to the east of it to be more specific. You are, indeed, very far from home, Remy."

Eva paused for effect, trying to make sure her words were slowly settling into Remy's thick skull.

"Maybe now you'll realise how much I risked by 'A saving your life in the first place and tricking Zero into thinking you're dead, and B travelling the furthest away from home that I've ever been with nothing but a name.' I had to ask for directions. Any idea how embarrassing that is?" Eva's smirk had developed into something more akin to a frown with her stance following suit and becoming both more aggressive and defensive. "Grow a backbone and stop complaining. You're lucky that Zero even asked me. Any other Brigand and you'd be dead right now. The only chance that you're gonna manage to get a Gallic ship, that you're familiar with, down here is if you manage to persuade me to bring you one - and I'm having a bloody difficult time being empathetic with you right now. So, I'll ask you again: 'Is this the worst possible outcome for you?'

Eva had ended up getting herself worked up just by reciting Remy's words in her head while talking with him. Thinking that he had the nerve or cheek to talk back to her like she was some two credit whore from Marne just infuriated her every which way. Her little outburst had minorly derailed the topic as well; she had answered the question but also pilled a bunch of other information from Remy's previous questions. Eva had shown them she was quick to anger, which is not a trait people should really know.

He took another puff as he walked in. His eyes were a little pink and a felt a significant buzz from the spiff.
"Yeah... New Providence..." He remarked, seemingly unimpressed. "I suppose you're the guy I want to talk to. Am I interrupting?"
He noticed a small garbage bin on the side and spit in it. Too much 'flavor' in his mouth had accumulated.

"Na, just takin' her easy, been a crazy few days filled with death threats, blockades and hand jokes" Jimmy grinned to himself "but yeah, Jimmy the Rat at your service" he raised his glass lazily before taking a generous sip.

"So, what you'dya want?"

"Well to put it bluntly..." Sunny replies. "I want to know if I still get my space on this over-run scrap heap you call a station." He walks over and reaching into his pocket he tosses onto Jimmy's desk a spiff. "Here."

Remy stayed quiet for a while, even after Eva was done talking. He knew he wasn't in Gallia, but the way she described it, it felt like he was even further away than he actually was. When the thought that Eva was his only way out finally sunk in, he began to speak again, albeit quietly.

Alors, you're right... Pardon moi.

He paused for a brief while, again, still hurt that he had to swallow his pride and bend over.

So, you'd agree to bring me one of my ships? If you do so, I'll be more then willing to repay you once I'm back in Gallia.

"I'll pass, that's more Ted's thing" he said, pointing his glass at the spliff. "Now seein' how I don't remember your face, I'd say you ain't got one. Not that it matters what with the change in ownership and all."

"Now if you wanna try gettin' yourself a spot here, I'm all ears."

Eva's anger dissipated when Remy was showing genuine understanding - not something one would expect given hollow his head was.

"Gallia? You're wanted by half the Brigands at this point and not to mention the law. I guess you could always head back to Boulogne... but.. er..." Her words trail off.

Eva seemed somewhat tongue-tied as if there was something she was hiding from Remy - and not doing a particularly good job at it.

"You see... from what Zero told me... The Maxime family have been declared traitors by Rousseau. Zero told me that the base 'will soon be under new management' ... I assume you can gather what he means. Sorry..."

"Yeah, right... and I'm not really in the mood to beg on my knees." Sunny spits out his spiff and stomps it with the sole of his shoe on the ground, kicking it to the side. "You know, it's quite annoying that the Archangels had a good presence here and then suddenly a "new" administrator shows up and tells me to %$#@ off. It would be a good idea to rethink this and perhaps get to know who the residences on the station were before trying your luck to overthrow the place. It's quite insulting."
